I was experiencing unbearable pain in my lower back, which I consulted at various reputed hospitals and also visited many of the prominent physiotherapists who suggested me to undergo therapy which included Cold and Hot packs and indicated that it’s a muscle spasm which will be alright in some days. Things moved from bad for me as I was unable to do my routine work and was feeling helpless with no ray of hope from any of the treatment I was undergoing.

I then decided to find ways through which backache can be treated effectively and one of the way I found was through Ayurveda *** **** ** ****** *** *** **** ********* ****** **** ** *** **** ********* **** ****** ********** As soon as I explained my story of pain to Doctor, he advised for an MRI report, which clearly indicated a Disc Bulge which either would need a surgery or can be controlled through Panchakarma treatment. I decided to undergo the Panchakarma treatment under the supervision of Dr.Syam Bhargavan **** ***** ******* **** ********* *** **** ** ************ ***** * ****** * *** *** **** * **** ********* ****** ******* ***** allows me to do my usual work and I can now play sports like badminton, cricket, running and so on. It gives me immense pleasure to get to back to my normal routine post my treatment. I am indebted Dr.Syam Bhargavan for his prompt diagnosis and recommending the most suitable treatment to handle the ailment in an efficient way under his constant guidance.

I have had AS (HLA B27+) for 22 years now. I am diagnosed when I was 10 and right now am 32. My Rheumatologist put me on NSAIDs (sulfasalazine) and as I grew, the disease took a toll on me and the dosage has been gradually increased and there came a saturation point where even pain killers weren’t helping me. I was then put on modern expensive biologic -Enbrel and literally survived on it for close to 8 years. Over the years the disease affected my ankles, knees, hip, neck, shoulder, lower back, spine and not to forget the unbearable butt pain. There were days where I literally used to cry all alone unable to bear the pain and have had countless sleepless nights. The only saving grace was that none of the joints got fused as I tried maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle throughout. Swimming helped me big time.

I got to know about Dr.Syam Bhargavan through a friend and colleague of mine who himself got cured of Rheumatic Arthritis and I visited him in Oct’2015. I was never a firm believer of Ayurveda having tried allopathy for 22 years, homeopathy for 3 years and also naturopathy. Initially, I was apprehensive to try the Ayurveda regime – treatment and the diet having had a prior bad experience with naturopathy. But all my thoughts were brushed aside within a few days I started the treatment.

Dr.Syam sir is very approachable, patient enough to hear all what I had to say and gave me enough belief that my life is going to change for good. He has such a wonderful team of trained therapists who made me feel at great during the course of the treatment. And I’ve been 100% true to prescribed diet since I started my treatment at kerala Ayurvedicand have undergone about 70 days of Panchakarma treatment.

At this point I am off of biologics for 5 months now – never before in my last 8 years and I am about 85-90% symptom free except for manageable neck and hip pain. It’s been 2 months since I completed Panchakarma process and I feel that I am in the right path of symptomatic cure.

I had almost fully cured of my last visit's purpose - my nagging health issue in 2014,

by late 2015 I developed interstitial lung disease - a tough to cure ailment that the western doctors offered me steroids for life long and also '' non reversible to normalcy of life '' verdict.

I knew whom to contact and that is Dr.Syam -my first choice solace and confidant when any medical trouble bothers me. Before coming to clinic in november 2015, i would gasp for breath even by just 10 steps [ no exaggeration ! ] of stair case and worst case my nose tip would turn blue. I took part in the panchakarma process , had open herbal oil tanks therapy in my chest area- uro vasthi , did herbal vomitting one time, had special decoction made only for me fresh herbs daily , was put on separate diet and special herbal juices and yoga master was fantastic too

Dr.Syam took special personal care for my welfare apart from the genius doctor he is , he is very excellent , very practical and most importantly a humble physician who deals with many complicated diseases yet keeps himself humble,

its over 4 months now and i waited for the last 120 days before i make a review and not be carried away by the initial relief

RESULTS - now i use the chemical pills not even a quarter of how much i used before that too once in days - to keep my psyche at ease , i climb 60 steps non stop and double brisker than before, i can jog gently up to 1.5 kms non stop , my appetite is much better and i don't sit up at night from sleep , no dry cough and most important --- I feel my life is in my safe hands now and my private family life is also restoring to normalcy.

I have been sufferring from chronic cough during Monsoons for more than 5 years now and the situation had been becoming worse with every passing year so much so that the whole night I would cough my lungs out, getting up from the bed every morning seemed like a challenge which was really making my hopes sink. We did end to end

allopathic treatment (tons of blood tests, bronchoscopy, endoscopy, heavy doses of medication, asthma pumps and what not) But no cause came forward with no relief either. Trust me every doctor that I went to were highly capable and did their best and I could see that but I would suffer from August till november and all the sufferings would make me so miserable and I had to spend time till Jan-feb only recovering from the damage that the cough had caused.

Finally after so many years of suffering and seeing no hopes in Allopathy I chose to make a move to Ayurveda and did some research and found Muppra. I went to Muppra and I was seen by Dr Shyam Bhargavan and he confirmed that its a seasonal allergy and wrote me the course of medication. I was still sceptical on whether this would work as I had never tried ayurveda and spoke to the doctor regarding my aprehensions as well which he calmly heard and advised that I should start with the medication and I would see some results within 10 days, frankly speaking after going through so much trauma I tried not to get my hopes high but followed the instructions religiously and I could feel that my energy levels had started going up and cough has started subsiding within 3-4 days which had never been the case previously and I slowly started getting faith in Ayurveda and I kept moving forward, with every single day passing my condition only improved. I had started my treatment in July this year as the cough started the moment rains started and My cough almost vanished within a month of taking ayurvedic medicine.

I have taken my time to write this review so that I could wait observe any relapse but I am all hale and hearty. I am truly thankful to Dr Shyam Bhargavan.

This was my second visit to Kerala Ayurvedic Ayurvedic in 4 years.

It is hard to find appropriate beautiful and genuine words to describe my exceptional experience @ Kerala Ayurvedic Treatment Center, What I value most is the result on my health and well-being which is substantially better after treatments. The last time I was here Dr Syam Bhargavan made my awful headaches disappear. I tell everyone that I owe my life to him. 

This time my visit to Kerala Ayurvedic , Viman nagar was only for 6 days as this was not my primary reason for coming to India. What I wanted to achieve is to cleanse my body and take care of my awful back pain. I had very intensive treatments for those 6 days and felt much much better after finishing. I felt lighter, less bloated, less hungry, more energised, rejuvenated, my head felt much clearer and less stressed and my back pain is managed. Even after coming back to Slovenia I am able to maintain my well-being with ayurvedic medicine and methods they taught me.

Dr Syam and Dr Kiran ( His Assistant) care is exceptional. They really listen to your problems and issues and try very hard to help you. Unlike most doctors here in Slovenia. I am very proud and excited that I have this privilege to know them and have an opportunity to be treated by them.

My mother brought me to Kerala Ayurvedic after her remarkable visit a year ago. I have had chronic and sometimes severe back pain. Along with the back pain I suffered from sciatica pain in both legs. Dr. Syam Bhargavan tailored my program and would try other techniques if he felt I wasn't progressing the way I should. Dr.Syam Bhargavan does not limit the therapies and patients get as many as they need. My therapist would visit me in the evenings to massage my legs. He views the welfare of his patients very seriously. We were called to the principals office for leaving the compound which he felt would compromise my back. After that no more playing "hooky".

Our visit was in April and now it is june. This is the first time in 11 years that I can sit in a movie theatre for 2 hours and not have to constantly shift positions to alleviate my pain. To other patients that come for back pain, you might have set backs during therapy but hang in there as Dr.Syam Bhargavan will get you back on the road to recovery.

in the last 3 yrs I can realise that the reputation of DR SYAM & KERALA AYURVEDIC is changing to a centre that deals more with patients with really serious , challenging illnesses with no satisfactory results in western medicine.

This was my second trip to Athreya. I had recently had a stroke and also diagnosed with arteriosclerosis. I had several side effects related to the stroke and medication.one was chronic muscle pain and tightness which affected my mobility. I also had problems with my shoulder. The pain was so severe that it prevented me from sleeping at night. Endless sessions with the Physio did not resolve the problem. I have being visiting this centre for the last two years, for the continuous treatment and follow up of my cervical spondylosis condition. A friend recommended Kerala Ayurvedic and my friend and I went there together for 3 weeks. I have had all sorts of skin allergies and acute skin sensitivity most of my adult life. I also have sinus that had been particularly challenging this last winter. I started to see changes in my skin by my second week there. A breakout of a rash would disappear without an anti-allergy pill – a miracle of sorts for me! I felt relaxed and very positive. I also lost 4 Kgs and 4 inches off my abdomen. I had sinus treatment during the last 5 days at viman nagar clinic which has really held me in good stead on my return home. The staff and ‘my girls’ - my therapists were quite amazing. They were loving, patient and very competent. I miss them on my return home!

I have been back home for over a month now and my skin is behaving well, even though its spring and the valley which is my home is full of pollen and allergens.
