The experience was overwhelming. I am satisfied and happy with checks done, explanations and friendly nature of doctor which is very important for a patient to get comfortable and ask his/her queries. The doctor didn't elevate my issue and recommended limited medicines to overcome the ailment. Thank you so much!

I have booked appointment for my wife for ENT concern and we have been to hospital. Dr. Swati Kodur Patil was very good and consultation was completely done. We did not find any problem in hospital like long waiting time, staff response etc overall it was very nice experience. I can recommend this doctor for others also.

Went for a second opinion on reduced hearin cause. The first doctor recommended Exploratory tympanotomy as treatment. Dr. Swati also did the consultation and came to the same conclusion. Since i have been to 2 places for the same consultation I can assure any patient that she is very thorough and better than most in her explanations. I could actually see the inside of my own ear which i thought was impressive. Most doctors dont bother showing/educating patients. I was very happy with my first consultation. Hopefully will have a smooth surgery in future.

***** **************** Needed an Earring screw to be removed which had submerged in the earlobe. Had explained it to Dr. Swati Patil that my daughter who is a 5 year old, will not allow you to see the Ear let alone to touch it. I also shared a very clear picture of the earlobe, that clearly shows how deep the screw has submerged.

The only way to remove the screw was by sedating the child. This was informed by the doctor after looking at the picture.

Now the Doctor and I know what needs to be done. But still she insisted us to come to her clinic. *** ******* ********* My daughter did not allow her to see and in 2 minutes we were out of her cabin paying the receptionist 600-/- for NOTHING.

Doctor said we will plan for an OT and remove the earring screw , don't worry it will be a 10 minutes procedure.

This is ok, as we understand it is the OT protocol.

Doctor is very kind and Understood the problem quickly as much as she solved it . I really appreciate he treatment . Only thing I request Patients should be attended quickly as it is unbearable to bear the pain .

Dr. Swati is a very nice and a humble person. She explains everything very well and tries to calm down her patients as well. I had some very bad experiences with ENT doctors in the past, but she is really patient, nice and considerate.

Very happy to meet Dr. Swati . Made me feel very comfortable and explained well . Great experience for comfort level and addressing my issues very well .
