Pathetic experience. I booked an online appointment for 5 PM on Practo. The receptionist calls me at 3:30 PM saying the Doctor will not be available till 7 PM. There is huge traffic at Hinjewadi at that time, but the receptionist said that it is the only time the doctor is available.

I started from home at 6:30. I called up the office saying that I have started. Due to traffic I reached at 7:15 PM. The receptionist then called up the Doctor asking him to come to the clinic. The doctor informed that it was now late and he could not come!!

Imagine taking your sick child in heavy traffic only to be told that the Doctor will not come.
