Had to wait a bit to get in touch with her but she diagnosed the problem in a minute. Explained the issue in detail and within one visit i was better. The next visit was a follow up where they did

She gives ample time to every patient unlike other doctors these days who are just in for the money.
No prescribing of unnecessary heavy medicine when not required.
She has a very soft hand while cleaning the ears but the best part is she understands your problem and pain.
She is very experienced and knows what she is doing.
