We visited doctor after when we checked the feedbacks and rating on PRACTO. Indeed, PRACTO and Dr. Salma didn't let the expectations down. As per the appointment slot, Dr. Called us on time. She was soft spoken, asked the history and were straight to the point.
She explained things for precautions, and had added humor in the conversation whenever needed.
We hope to visit doctor on Wednesday, May 24th again for next consultation and examination. I would recommend Dr. Salma Siddiqui for her professional and soft spoken attitude.
Visited For Persistent Cough
The thing that I liked the most was the amount of time that Dr salma invests on each patient. She listens very patiently and then gives you an honest opinion. She would obviously prescribe you medicines but also will share her opinion with you. She would let you know what according to her should be the best way forward. She is eager to listen and assist unlike other Doctors. This give you that extra confidence and positive feeling. Will surely attend the follow up visit as suggested after performing the prescribed tests.
Visited For Diabetes Management
Dr Salma is one of great individuals I have met in recent times. Her personal touch, time given to each patient to understand their issues and then suggestions for medicine or habitary changes are just commendable. Have been visiting her for last 1 year now with no complaints. My whole family visits her.
I trust her and am thankful that we found her!
I don't agree with comments of Mr Prajapati that she makes money by suggesting unnecessary tests. From my experience with her she is very reasonable and doesn't ask for any tests until he thinks it is necessary.
Keep up the good work doctor! Ignore wrong things said which are not correct.

To be honest surprised to see the ratings. I didn't check Practo before visiting the Doctor but checked Practo online only after a POOR experience.
DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMEND anybody to go.
Went for follow up today (3rd March) after forst visit on 26th (Feb). Had to go for follow up as I didn't get well with the medicines prescribed in first visit. AND GOT CHARGED RS.350 AS FOLLOW UP FEE which is equal to forst time visit fee!!!!!!!! I asked reason for this, and was told that I came after 5 days. I told that I came on 26th Feb and today is 3rd March then was told that first day starts from 26th Feb itself.
Ideally I shouldn't have been charged fees equivalent to first time visit fee as I had to visit again ******* ********* ********** ** ***** ***** *** *** **** ****** ** **** ** ***** ** **** ********* *** ********** ** ***** ***** **** *** ****** ** ***** ***** *** **** * * ******** ****** ******
Doctor was again impolite in this visit. When I said this follow up fees is too high, then was given a very cold reply with an attitude that your feedback doesn't matter.
Also prescribes only Glenmark company medicines and not any other company.
No bill given on second visit, in first visit too I had to ask for it.
Below things can be improved:
1) Addressing the patient with courtesy/politely.
2) Explain health issue rather than patient asking about it in detail
3) Be flexible and receptive enought to answer any other query of the patient if it doesn't take time
4) Don't charge 2% on cards
5) Have digital payment modes
6) Give properly printed genuine bills without asking for it if you are asking for fees in cash. Basically one is forced to pay in cash and not credit cards as Doctor charging 2% on credit cards payments. I mean come on, what day and age do we live in. I pay you for your services, you pay the bank for their services and don't charge me extra for it.
Will definitely not recommend though on curent experience.
Visited For Weight Loss
A Big NO for this doctor. I visited this doctor for Hyperthyroidism (Thyroid). *** ****** ****** *********** **** **** *** *** *** ** ****** *** ******** ** **** * ****** ****** *** ******** * ******** ***** ** ***** ********* *** ****** *** ****** ***** ** *** *** ****** When I went there for the first time, it was already diagnosed that I am suffering from hyperthyroidism as I already did all my thyroid test thrice just to confirm the results. When I went there, looking at same 3 reports from different labs doctor prescribed me the same test again from her own lab just to confirm the same previous tests. I have no option but to do the tests from her lab. They charged me Rs 3000 for the same test I did for Rs 800 from the renowned Pathology labs like Lal Paths, Thyrocare, Aditya Birla. When the report came from doctors own lab it was same again. She prescribed me the medicine and told me to follow up at after 1 month. There was no improvement in me with her treatment after one month. When I went there for the follow up, she again prescribed me the same thyroid test **** **** ***** ********** ***** **** ******* *** **** ***** ***** ******* **** When I came out of the doctors cabin, her receptionist told me to pay Rs 300 for the consultation. I said, I am not doing these test from your lab and apart from this the doctor havent prescribed me anything then why I need to pay. She said you have to pay even if you are not doing these test. Helpless I was, I paid the Amount with Extra 3 % for the card swipe which is illegal as per government. The transaction went successful at my end and the amount was deducted from my card but the receptionist said, Sir you have to pay in cash as the transaction was unsuccessful despite the same amount was already deducted from my card. I thought the deducted amount will revert back to my account but its been a month now and still I am waiting for it. When I contacted my bank they said, the transaction was successful. I have a raised a dispute against this transaction with the bank.
Then I contacted another doctor ( Endocrinologist) who is even doubting whether I am actually having the hyperthyroidism or just I am just normal. For this, he suggested me to undergo thyroid Scan to confirm whether I have the disease (Hyperthroidism) for which I was treated for past one month (By Dr Samla Siddiqui)
Visited For Swelling
Headline-Do not visit here.
I went to visit doctor for just a boil few weeks back. She was full of attitude and was behaving as if she is paying me for my treatment. Not eager to understand my problem and was just telling things which does not relate to my problem.
Just because she is expert in thyroid, diabities ...she wrote down 7 test which include thyroid,diabities,B12 etc...For a boil how this test make sense...The worst thing is that they have a laboratory too and she wants test to be done from that lab only...Outside test are not recomended. For a simple boil 7 test estimated amount at their lab is 2500₹...Wow..When i asked that which is the minimum test she wants me to take...Her answer was all of them..And 1 superb reply she gave that if pus formation continue she will recomend me to a surgeon...Oh God!! what she was thinking..I can go to a surgeon myself if i want to get it removed through surgery..I dont understand how these many good feedbacks are available..No offense but if people are going here from past 2-3 years than i have no words...

1. She doesn't accept any other pathology report and will do all the tests again in her pathology, Also *** **** ** ** **** **** **** ******* ********* ** ******* ******* *** ****** ** ***** ** ****
2. Charges 2% extra on all Debit/Credit card payments which is not legal.
3. The persons who take samples are not very much experienced.
4. On every visit, I have been asked to do various tests, I don't know, whether required or not.
5. I don't know how she got these many recommendations from Practo. I visited her continuously 5-6 times after a gap of every 6-7 days on her call *** ***** *** ******** **** *** ***** ******* ***** ***** **** ******
6. On Practo, it is mentioned she is available on Sunday as well, but this is not true.
7. One more point I need to emphasis on, that she is very impolite.
Visited For Joint Pain
For Joint Pain and rashes she suggested 4 tests.
Dengue, Vitamin deficiency, Blood test and urine test.
Also she suggested that it would be case of Dengue, Thyroid, and I might bleed from "anywhere".
These all tests would costs 4000. I opted for Dengue, blood and urine tests which all came negative(nil).
I don't understand why these tests were suggested and she was uncertain about everything and relied upon only Pathology lab which is part of her medical, it all looked to me a way to earn money.
No she can't be trusted.

I visited the doctor as I was excreting Yellow urine for about a week, but it was the only problem I was having. I suspected Jaundice so I've already done the common jaundice test which was normal. She didn't ask much information. She didn't tell me that test i did was normal or not, I had to ask her. *** ****** **** *** ********** *** prescribed seven tests including Blood, Urine, B12, worth of seventeen hundred rupees. She prescribed me a syrup and tablet.
It's a small clinic with its own diagnosis lab.
It was unsatisfactory experience.
Visited For Chest Pain
I had seviour pain in lower and side chest. I went there and she nicly asked questions abt my medical history and diet and all. Though I told her I workout regularly and maintain proper diet, she unnecessary suggested medical test like vitamin D3, thyroid level, Vitamin B12 etc. Which were really not required for symptoms I had. What was all needed was an x-ray report. Unnecessary she created hype saying minals deficiency can cause heavy pain.. I have many doctors iny family (though i went there bcos i didnt want my family know that i was ill) and I have never heard this.
Please save your money. Don't agree on such reports.that's how these people make money
