Recently I had a sharp pain in the belly region and was unable to sit in one place, probably due to posture issues. Amidst this pandemic, I directly called up the doctor and she advised a couple of things which can be done at home before a personal visit the next day. *** ********* *** ******* *** the home treatment worked well and the pain was relieved in just 30 minutes and it did not recur.
