I was diagnoised with knee osteoarthritis 3 years back that worsened to the stage of severe arthritis.

Orthopedic doctors are very keen on getting the BUSINESS of knee replacement and so was I advised.

I spent 15 days researching the topic and made my action plan where Physiotherapy was my first road to take.

Fortunately I approached Dr Neha Chauhan who had then opened the pain releif clinic in my neighborhood just few months ago.

It began with trial period of 10 days and finally lasted for 4 months and 2 weeks (total 100 sessions) and today I feel more strength in my knees and confidence in moving around living my normal life comfortably. From unable to stand for 5 minutes, I am now able to run for 2-3 minutes. I have definitely escaped the surgery so far and hope results last very long.

********* *** **** ****** ******. Due to excessive gym workout, was facing unbearable Left Shoulder pain for almost 3-4 months. Tried lotions, sprays and massages but it didn't help. Visited Renowned Hospital, where X-rays were taken and laser treatment was suggested.

I went for therapy for my injured palm and the doctor suggested the electral therapy as well as the ultrasound. She explained me the process quite well and how it is going to impact the injury.

I then followed the therapy sessions as per advice and found it really effective.

Best thing about the doc was her friendliness and respect for patients opinion. The appointment schedule was properly managed with minimal waiting time despite her busy schedule.

The clinic is quite spacious and well maintained and can accommodate 3-4 patients at a time.

Recently I had a sharp pain in the belly region and was unable to sit in one place, probably due to posture issues. Amidst this pandemic, I directly called up the doctor and she advised a couple of things which can be done at home before a personal visit the next day. *** ********* *** ******* *** the home treatment worked well and the pain was relieved in just 30 minutes and it did not recur. I am thankful to Neha mam as she always identifies the correct issue and no matter how complex it is, she finds a solution to it. Highly recommended.

Dr Neha explained the issues I was facing and charted out a plan for recovery. By the time my therapy concluded, I was a lot better. Its been 8 months now since I stopped the sessions and I can definitely say that I have left behind the days of pain. One more point which I have to mention is that if she finds that a certain pain does not require therapy and can be cured only by performing exercises as suggested by her she will let you know that and would never ask you to take therapy sessions unnecessarily. I had long standing back pain (almost 5yrs). Wasn't able to run for almost 10yrs. In July 2017, I was facing lot of pain in lower back and also some numbness in legs and hands. I couldn't ride bike for even 2-3kms. Dr Neha identified problem (compression in lower back and cervical region) and advised 3weeks physiotherapy. Her friendliness and confidence to eradicate problem was first I had seen. With dedicated physiotherapy sessions and exercises I could start running. With gym of 2month, Now I am able to run for 6kms and feeling very fit.

Dr.Neha is very experienced *** ************* *******Good thing is that she give us knowledge about those injury to every patient.Actually last two month back my accident was happen and I was lost my knee ligament n last month I was operate knee opertation n doctor says to me minimum 2 to 3 :month required time for complete recovery.But I am surprise dr.neha give me 90% recovery within 15 days .And I am fully satifactory by the treatment process.And clinic condition is also good and clean.And special thing is that she gave lots of time to each and every patient and treat like familiar.So, I strongly recommend her.And always remember one thing "HEALTH IS WEALTH".

I came on leave in Pune for 8 days from MP in 2018 as I was having severe back pain issue for which Neuro physician suggested me for MRI and X Ray which I did and then he suggested me for Physiotherapy I contact Dr. Neha from Practo app as the clinic was close to me approx 6km. She is the most humble person in general and specifically an awesome physio therapist. She knows her job very well and is very pocket friendly. She won't suggest you unnecessary tests and helps you really recover. Also fun fact: her sessions are not boring, its interactive as you get to know her personally and feel homely.
