I found Dr. Monalisa Debbarman to be very attentive and professional. She listened carefully to my concerns, explained my ENT condition in simple terms, and provided clear guidance on treatment. I felt reassured and well-cared for throughout the visit.

I did not find Dr. Monalisa Debbarman very communicative or clear during the consultation. The doctor seemed uninterested, and overall, the experience felt unsatisfactory.

I really expected a lot after reading reviews about Dr. Monalisa but was so surprised how she was. Expected an attentive doctor, but half the time she was talking to the ops staff about some other patients, and how much who has to pay, etc.. when it was our turn ( I had taken my 5 year old daughter for her ear check up), she was not at all attentive, she was in a hurry. And i barely understood what she was saying. This is definitely what I had expected. In 5 mins or so, the consultation was done! We had queries, but those queries also were not answered well. I definitely will not visit her next time!

I have booked the appointment for my wife as she having cough and throat pain. ****** ******** *** *** ****** Dr. treated her for ear stating wax and need to remove the wax. As my wife was unaware with the method she said ok to go ahead and Dr. used the machine to remove wax which caused so much pain that the throat pain was sub due and the ear pain increased. ****** *** * **** *** *** *** **** ** **** ******** *** *** ********* ****** **** ** **** Ultimately we booked appointment with another doctor *** *** ** ******* *****On the prescription, medicine were unavailable with our regular chemist, so my pharmacy guy asked to speak to doctor for alternate medicine which the Dr. refused to speak to chemist and only spoke with patient and asked her to buy from the pharmacy near to the clinic. * ** **** **** ***** ** * ******* ****** ** ****** *** *** **** ****** **** ** ******* ***** ****** ******* *** **** ***** ***** ***** ******

Dr. Monalisa Debbarman is an amazing ENT doctor who truly cares for her patients. She is expert, kind, and gentle, always listening patiently and ensuring the best possible treatment.

I had a pus formation in throat. It was not getting cured for several days even after consultation with other doctors. Then I consulted Dr. Monalisa. She listened with attention and prescribed medicines (incl. antibiotics). Within 3 days the pus formation is gone. She is really a good doctor. Thanks you doctor.

My appoitnment was 6pm but we kept on waiting until 6:40 pm. The nurse was least bothred and was letting people meet the doctor randomly.

On asking she said the doctor came late so everything messsed up but my point was mine was the 1st number and I should have been attended first but they had no answer.

I am very fortunate to have Dr. Monalisa for my son(12 yrs) treatment for covid19 infection.She is so friendly and updated. The prescribed recommendations were so appropriate that we have not Chase any hospital and we recovered well at home only. For each query she was so attentive. So I recommend the doctor.
