Supriti Dixit is a one-of-a-kind nutritionist! She portrays a high level of professionalism and sincerity in every task she undertakes. I had the pleasure of meeting Supriti Dixit this winter when I contacted her for nutrition and weight loss counseling. Throughout my lifetime, I was always struggling with my health issues because of my increased weight, obesity, and anxiety. I have tried many different ways to lose weight and have always failed. She understood all my concerns, she was very easy to talk to and very soft-spoken and provided so many helpful tips. With her program, I learned how to understand the food I eat and how my body works with this food. Even in the first 2 weeks I had lost around 2.5 kgs and observed lots of changes in my lifestyle. About her diet program, she provides a variety of options with recipes and those ingredients are easily available in the local market. Her diet programs are very simple to follow. The recipes that she provides are so easy to prepare and very much delicious. I have been working with her diet program for over 2 months and I cannot tell you how her program has changed my life. To date, I am pleased to say that I have lost 10 kg weight in the last 2 months and continue to lose more.
