I have been visiting Dr. Vishal Muley Sir, a highly experienced pediatrician, since he started his first OPD near Bikerzone, DP Road, in Vishalnagar. Now I regularly visit his own Special Care Hospital abckside of Shell Petrol Pump, and I can confidently say that his behavior, dedication, and consultation quality have remained consistently excellent over past 8 years.

He treats every child with equal attention and care, regardless of background or condition. His consultation is never rushed, and he ensures each parent gets proper time and guidance. The consultation fees are very reasonable (₹200 - 300 /-) and haven’t changed despite rising costs, which shows he is not a money-driven doctor.

Yes, due to his popularity, appointments get filled quickly. The staff sometimes appears strict, but that’s only because they manage a lot of patients and follow rules strictly to maintain order. They don’t allow spot appointments because the doctor takes only a fixed number of patients each day to ensure quality care for everyone.

I have personally witnessed a few emergency cases being handled on priority:

An accident patient (27-30 years) came in bleeding heavily, and the doctor attended to him immediately while other patients waited patiently.

A small boy aged around 4-5 years had his pants zip stuck painfully, and the doctor gave him emergency attention.

A newborn baby, less than 20 days old, was brought in with severe cough and cold — again, treated on urgent basis.

While some parents feel their child should be treated urgently, not every situation is a true emergency. I request such parents to trust the doctor's judgment and cooperate with the staff, who are otherwise polite and helpful.
