Regarding appointment issues, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Our clinic and doctor timings are 6-9 pm which are usually followed. Once in a while the doctor might be late due to some unforeseen medical emergencies, traffic etc. In such case, the cause of delay and time is informed through receptionist to the patients waiting in the clinic. This can happen rarely but is definitely not routine as mentioned.
Though the consultation slot is 15 minutes, many of our neurology patients require detail evaluation including history, clinical examination, reviewing past medical records, discussing the future treatment plan and counseling of patients and relatives. This sometimes takes longer time and further appointments can get delayed. We however NEVER hurry any consultation even if there is rush and believe that each patient deserves enough time and detailed evaluation by the doctor and gets most from the visit. This you must have observed even for your patient as well.
So we request, that after booking an appointment please have some extra time in hand so that even in case of delay, we can provide best care for our patients.
