Despite paying extremely high consultation charges at a premium private hospital, patients were left struggling in a chaotic, overcrowded, and unmanaged environment with almost no proper staff coordination. I was assigned Token Number 5, yet there was no system whatsoever to regulate patient flow. People were entering the doctor’s chamber randomly according to their own convenience, while patients who were genuinely waiting for their turn were left helpless and unheard.
