We visited Dr. Nilesh for my mom. She is suffering from Parkinsons disease. Dr. briefly explain the disease and treatment after thouroughly examining the patient. He advised us about side effects (drawsiness, vomittiing) initially when taking medicines. The symptoms continued for a week and then slowly dissapeared. Also the doctor altered a medicine dose as my mom was reacting negatively.
Now after 2.5 months of treatment shivering of her hands and a leg has reduced noticeably.
Also to mention doctor did offered us telephonic consultation once when my mom was not feeling well.
Dr. Nilesh is cool and is approachable. He is soft spoken and answers queries with minimum possible words.

Doctor is patient and very caring. He let me speak in detail about my problem and apprehensions without rushing to writing down lots of tests and medicines.
