I have visited the doctor couple of times. Doctor explains the problem very calmly and in detail. Very genuine and knowledgeable doctor. Also the doctor is reachable and don't make you wait much.
I went to show my elderly father who had sudden hear loss. Doctor was patient to his detailed explanation and hardly interrupted. He patiently explained the issue and suggested possible solution. He was honest enough to mention the severity of the issue but calmed my father with examples and situation where patients have learned to have relatively good hearing with machine.
It was always a good experience. Dr Nilesh understood issue very quickly and he was quite supportive. I went to him for hoarce voice and irritation in laryngs.
I was in extreme pain when I visited the doctor. I did not have to wait. He checked my right ear and told me there was a fungal infection. Gave me medication and a prescription that was quite clear about the instructions regarding the medication. I felt better next morning and was able to go to work.
