Dr.Neha is very polite and humble. She treated my 3 yr old daughter with a lot of patience and explained everything in detail. She was also available on msg and call in emergency. She doesn't prescribe a lot medicines as many doctors do, which I really liked about her.

She don't give too much medicine too, if required then only she prescribe medications, instead she guide us that how naturally a kid can grow well. She is very friendly and understands and listen our problems very well. Her main positive thing is her full time availability on phone and wats app even if she is busy she will definitely txt you after few hrs. She is also available on Saturday and Sunday that too makes us feel good and happy 😊 Thankyou so much Neha mam for treating our son. I highly recommend Dr Neha...👍
I visited to Dr Neha's clinic this month for my 11yrs old daughter, she examined her very well and the best thing...she doesn't prescribe unnecessary medication, give enough time to discuss and listen with patience.Even she gives prompt reply through messages...if needed.I will highly recommend Dr Neha.Pooja Kakkar
She is very calm and patient. Answered to all our queries. Took time to explain the daily routine, diet and all danger signs to become alert and take precautions. I really would like to recommend her for all Pediatric checkups and for vaccinations.
Even her consulting and other medical charges are average, not much expensive.

The doctor is very friendly, highly recommended.
The thing that we really like is, doctor is highly knowledgeable and does not prescribe medication unnecessarily.
Doctor is available in the post office hours which is a big plus.

The consultation was excellent however there is no response to chat queries even after 24 hrs. This needs improvement. To be able to communicate with the doctor is basic need and advantageous feature of Practo, and the same is absent. Rest OK
Recently my son got fever suddenly during evening time. After consulting Dr. Itke over phone, she prescribed few medication based on the symptoms as it was raining heavily outside and was difficult to get my son to the dispensary. He got recovered in a day or two and was able to attend his school exams on time. I really want to thank Dr Itke for her accurate diagnosis and on time treatment.
