Dr. Monika is highly polite in nature and listen to your health issues very patiently. She takes every possible steps to treat her patients health issues. Thank you so much doctor for doing my sinus surgery. Even the supporting doctors in the hospital are of very good nature such as Dr Shradha. But I am highly disappointed with the behavior of the supporting staff of the hospital - receptionist, nurses, billing people. There is no coordination between the departments, and neither the policies are clear. The aim of any Healthcare facility should be to treat the patients nicely, not to just focus on increasing their bills. I would recommend people to get all the relevant information related to insurance and costing of the procedure before getting admitted in the hospital to avoid any issues during the procedure and double check the bills before making final payment.
