I was visiting Dr Bhakti in RHC Hinjewadi from the starting of my pregnancy. My health, BP and every thing was normal throw out my pregnancy, my pregnancy was healthy. My EDD was 14th May 2020. After 37th week of pregnancy baby gets fully developed so I was waiting for my natural labor pain to start till 39th week and mean while I was connecting with Dr. Bhakti regularly. Even after 39th week my labour pain did not start so I consulted for other option since I didn't want C-section. Dr. Bhakti told me that there is a way to induce labour pain artificially using some medicines but success chances of normal delivery using this process were 50-60% because every patient respond to these medicine differently but she was hopeful that it will work in my case.

I discussed this my family and friends but I didn't get any positive response. Some of my friends told me that they also tried this but they end up having C-section after 24hr of exhausting labour pain. I was also losing hope of a normal delivery and after lot of discussion finally me and my husband decided that we will do what Dr Bhakti is suggesting and will not go by someone else experience.

I got admitted in RHC on 10 May evening and the process of inducing labour pain was started around 8PM. All the nursing staff and especially Dr Shailja was continuously monitoring me.

The frequency of labour pain was very high but I got all the support from Dr Bhakti and Dr Shailja.

After 16-17hr of labour pain, I got normal delivery. I was blessed with baby girl.

I got discharged from hospital on 15th May.

I want to say a big Thank you to Dr Bhakti and Dr Shailja for all their support in my normal delivery. Also, I want to appreciate the nursing staff of RHC for keeping me and my daughter comfortable all the time.

This review is for all the below mentioned doctors who played a vital role of saving me from the life threatening experience. I still remember the date, 16th Feb’20 and it was Sunday.

I was having unbearable pain in my abdomen since morning and as I was not even able to walk so we thought Ruby would be the better option to go since it is the nearest hospital. Unaware of the actual reason behind this pain we entered the casualty section where we first met with Doctor Aditya (Sorry I don’t know his last name) who did not spend extra time and just by seeing the pain area and my situation he recognized the issue and immediately started calling the surgeons , Gynec as I had to operate immediately. Meanwhile he suggested to take me for sonography to make the things more clear. I had the ruptured ectopic pregnancy which caused huge internal bleeding and hence I had been operated immediately.

Mean time Dr.Bhakti also had come and checked me, though it was Sunday still whole team was present within an hour from the anesthetist to surgeon. I went there around 11 and by 12 I was in OT. SO quick and fast the decision had been made. Dr.Bhakti, is very sweet spoken lady. She explained me the situation very well and make me calm. She played an important role in my case, from the sonography room till OT she was with me. She explained my husband the situation as we both were unaware of this kind of pregnancy and how dangerous the situation was.

Along with these two, the Dr.Mandar, Dr.Rajesh, Dr.Vishal, Dr. Ankita and Dr.Shailesh (Sorry I don’t remember their surnames) also done their part in a best way and on the time.

I am really thankful to all of you. . Also I want to say thank you to the nurses who were there on a single call during my hospitalization period. The best part is the doctors made sure to visit me after my operation to check how comfortable I was after the surgery. Dr. Bhakti visited every day without fail. Even in my follow up she checked me properly and guided me what all precautions I need take post the surgery. Great work Doctors and I really appreciate your timely help.

We met Dr. Bhakti 1st time for a second opinion on miscarriage. After that, we visited for regular checkups and planning for the baby. Her humility, concern & care for the patient are great she’s the best doctor we’ve ever visited. She made her patients comfortable even in the worst situations. We’re blessed with a baby recently all thanks to Dr. Bhakti and her staff. We had health issues during pregnancy but the doctor helped us out throughout and we had a very smooth delivery & healthy baby.

Everyone wishes to have best of best Gynec doctor for making sure wife’s health is intact during pregnancy so that we welcome a healthy baby. However, we gave first preference to hospital with close proximity to my residence and that should be fully equipped. So we approached to Ruby Hall Hinjewadi.

Fortunately, along with good hospital, we got **** doctor in the form of Dr. Bhakti madam. For the first time when we consulted to her, instantly we decided that Dr. Bhakti will be first and the last choice on whom we can depend upon till the end. Trust me we didn’t consult any other doctor and my wife delivered a healthy & cute baby girl on 4th Sept via C-Section. Both are fine.

Dr. Bhakti’s friendly and humble behavior made my wife very much comfortable and relaxed from day one. Also, she ensured that we understand the pregnancy process well to cooperate her in ensuring the end result. She always gave emphases on use of advance technology to ensure no surprises in later stages. Dr. Bhakti was easily approachable to us on WhatsApp too to resolve our queries. Along with Dr. Bhakti, Dr. Shailaja and Dr. Akasha was equally cooperative and nice. Dr. Bhakti has also cooperated and supported us in ensuring smooth discharge from hospital.

We visited Mitosis clinic for maternity check up and for almost 7 months my wife was under Dr Bhakti treatment, no doubt that Dr Bhakti treatment is good and she explain everything and is very friendly with her patients.

We had already discussed with Dr Bhakti that for pregnancy delivery we will be going to our hometown and she also said that people prefer their first pregnancy delivery at their hometown only.

But she said keep me informing and update me with reports and very next week my wife was suffering from severe cold and cough regarding which we wanted to consult with Dr Bhakti so that whatever treatment we are taking is proper.

We were sending our queries over whatsApp as the receptionist told us that we will get response over it. But unfortunately we were not getting any from Dr Bhakti and then we tried calling to clinic where we got to know that she was busy, but Dr Shailja is present so we asked her to connect with Dr Shailja but then she said Doctor don't talk over phone if you want to talk then you have to visit clinic, I told her Dr Bhakti only told us to connect if needed but then she started yelling and using foul language.

Overall I will say Doctors are good but treatment from staff is very bad and the language and behaviour is inferior.

We came across Dr. Bhakti’s profile on Google search, and then scrolling through other reviews where our requirement was to get some immediate assistance whenever required since it was a kind of high risk pregnancy.

Told her about the full history and was glad to practically know that she was available via Phone or WhatsApp most of the time whenever we needed her guidance. She prescribed all the right medication with right care and more importantly at the right time. We were informed of SOS medicines too that helped to get through some tough times during the course. She has enough time listening to her patients queries and advising like a family member.

Finally the day and the best decision by Bhakti Ma'am, was asked to get my wife admitted and after a few required check-ups were advised to go for the delivery procedure. Waiting further could have been fatal given the fluctuating parameters. Everything went perfectly well and both the mother and the baby were doing well after a few days of recommended hospitalization.

She is a very friendly doctor and ensures her patients are comfortable when explaining all the details about a particular scenario, also recommends tests and scans only when required helping to avoid unnecessary costs incurred by patients.

When we (my husband and I) decided to conceive, we searched many gynaecologist on internet.

We chose to meet Dr Bhakti just by seeing her pic with smiling face and guess what our decision turned the best one.

She is the Best doctor I have ever met.

During entire pregnancy she guided on everything which was needed. She spends enough time explaining what is happening inside you , what are the changes, how to deal with whatever situation you are into. She has fantastic way of speaking which makes you feel good about yourself ( my view-Generally doctors are reserved and people fear talking to them).

Honestly I used to wait for her follow up meeting.

Just because of her I had no worries about anything during entire pregnancy and for my delivery. You can trust her decisions blindly. Even post delivery she is guiding and keeping follow up. I had the best experience with her.

We visited Dr. Bhakti for Pregnancy Check Up. She gives enough time for patients, listens to each of the problems and gives right advice. She is very knowledgeable, always approachable and ready to help. She makes patients comfortable by sharing her own experiences.

My wife had hypertension and breathing difficulty during pregnancy. Dr. Bhakti has given valuable advices to us from time to time as it was a high risk delivery. She suggested us to go for early delivery (in 34th week) to avoid any other complications and assured that everything would be fine. I cannot thank her enough for this timely advice because things would have been very risky otherwise.

On the day of delivery, my wife's electrolytes got disturbed, but Dr. Bhakti along with all experts from Jupiter hospital took very cautious decisions with calculated risk. She kept me updated time to time about all the thought process behind the decisions.

It was my wife's 1st pregnancy and has been a great experience under the effective guidance of Dr. Bhakti Mam, who has mentored, motivated and ensured smooth pregnancy in this tough time of COVID-19. Dr. Bhakti Mam is humble, caring and enthusiastic when it comes to handling patients during pregnancy. During this pregnancy duration (which started from Jan and COVID-19 took the majority of it), Dr. Bhakti Mam has been like a family member to us, who has been there with us whenever we required, whether we are at hospital or not. Also, I would just to specifically mention about one thing : we were almost on the verge of delivering the baby via C-Section as wife wasn't able to bear the pain. However, after monitoring my wife closely, she advised us not to hassle too much and went ahead with normal delivery, taking Epidural(painless option) and vacuum.

Both wife and baby are doing well.

Overall, I would recommend Dr. Bhakti Mam for all pregnant ladies and to enjoy motherhood experience under specialist Gynaec.
