Dr. Archana Latkar

I always recommend Dr. Archana to every parent I meet. She was the pediatrician, when I delivered my first child at Shashwat Hospital. I found her very pleasant, cool and approachable and since then we are visiting her, it has been over a year and I take my baby for everything starting from a cold,cough to rashes and infections. she doesn't only have friendly behavior but also makes our child comfortable and care for every need.

The most important thing is she gives ample amount of time to discuss any issue, shows interest when discuss problems and also listen it patiently. She is very positive, after the consultation we definitely get a better feeling. Going to her, I am sure that my child will be treated right.

We visited madam for our newborn baby for general check up and vaccination. Madam quickly pointed that baby had jaundice. She has bilirubinometer with which she measure d the bilirubin level and treatment was started.Due to her promt action baby recovered fast and further complications prevented.Since then we are regularly visiting madam for vaccination .I don't trust any body else but madam for my baby.She is very experienced, helpful and caring.lcan contact her any time in emergency and she explains in detail the problem, treatment and dos and don't s very patiently.

I am visiting Dr for last four years. Doctor is always available for any kind of emergency even at odd hours. Once my child had continuous vomiting. We rushed him to Latkar hospital at three a.ma in mid night. Madam came imidiately .check ed him throughy and gave medication. Also told us danger sings, dos and don't s in detail even at that odd hour.My son was better the very next day with her medicine.We really appreciate her dedication and commitment towards patient .Her vast experience, exllent know ledge ,positive and helping nature makes her one of the best doctor s around.We definitely recommend her to all parents who wish to have best doctor for their kid

She is money maker and treat patience as an ATM machine

1. Her consultation charger is not '300' it's wary person to person

2. Vaccination charges are too high and charging for govt subsidised vaccines like pentavalent, polio

3. Free vaccine also she is charging

4 she should inform parent, which vaccine she is putting and how much it's going to cost them

5. 2% extra need to pay while using any card

We have visited 14 the May for my 6 weeks baby immunisation. Since, her review was high on Practo we didn't enquirer much. First visit she has given pentavalent (diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, hepatitis B and Haemophilus influenza type b) and rotavirus . For these she charged 4000rs..since after 24 hrs we need to visit again and baby fever we didn't check with other dr and pharmacy. Second visit on 16th she put 5500 rs bill for pneumococcal and polio IM..we paid buz of no choice. Total amount approx 10000 along with card charges..it costs too much .. We referred pharmacy and other pedarric actual price are very very less

1: pentavalent vaccine free at govt hospital; with private 700rs / 600 can buy at pharmacy

2: rotavirus just 500-600 rs and we paid 1800 rs

3: disgusting one pneumococcal 4000 she charged , actual price 1350rs

4: IM polio one we paid 1500 , actaul 500 rs and free at govt hospital

Good thing got all bills for future references

Sincerely think twice to visit her .. she is unaffordable for middle class patience ..looking help also to report this issue publicly so I can report proper channel

Dont go by consultation charges written as 500 rs. We were charged 750 rs. We wanted a diet plan for our baby who is about to turn 6 months as we wanted to start non milk food. All things doctor checked was baby's head size, weight and height. No further body check was done.Also the diet was not given in written. All talk was verbal, which i object in meeting but both doctor and my wife ignored me. Now we dont remember all things that were told. Just a observation, Diet plan mentioned didnt include non veg options. Paying 750 rs for this much service is not worth.

We are visiting Dr for last three years. She gave our little champ in our hands after delivery. Wind then we are regularly visiting her.Best part is she is always available in Latkar Hospital or on phone to guide you which is so comfortable and assuring for first time parents like us.You really feel relaxed after meeting her whatever may be the illness. With her perfect diagnosis and treatment my child gets well very soon.Though now we have shifted far away from Aundh we prefer to come to madam only even for vaccination or any other smallproblem

I am visiting doctor for last 12 years.She is very positive and helpful. Reachable on phone and in her clinic in emergency. She tries to give medicine very optimally. She also tries to give home remedies and medicines from natural extract for your delicate babies. She gives ample time and never hurries.She listens to you care duly,identifies all symptoms and then tell us very clearly about root cause,dos and don't s.She will not unnecessarily frighten u and hurry in to unnecessary investigation s.She is down to earth and not at all commercial .Thank you very much Madam

Very good experience. Doctor is very experience.My child was not eating well.His growth was poor.Doctor made accurate diagnosis. Gave detailed advise regarding diet and food habits and exercise. Suggest d supplements. Now my child is doing very well.Thank u Madam
