She explains and discusses your challeneges without negating any possibilities of what the battered mind thinks of. Rather she helps one accept that these are just thoughts,they are guests, let them come. But what she teaches is the technique to deal with them. Dr. Disha is an amazing listener and talking to her makes one feel more confident of oneself. The therapy takes care of the fears in the mind. Practice what she advises and you will see a turnaround in your behaviour definitely. Philosophy and science could not have been unionized in much better way,Dr.Disha does that. I realised, reaching out to a pyschologist is the first and only difficult step towards battling mental health challeneges. Dr. Disha takes care of the rest of the process and wellbeing. Rest assured, after all sessions, you will come out with a feeling where " the mind is without fear and head is held high".

Before visiting this Doctor, I was under medicines prescriptions from other Psychiatrist Doctors for more than 6 years.

After listening complete history , main causes of problem is determined. Practical Possible Solutions are suggested to overcome different psychological problems.

Supportive Medicines are provided only to the extent required. No heavy dose of medicines. Tendency is to reduce the medicines after comparing the recovery stages of patient. It has been more then 3 month I am visiting

I visited Dr. Parikh for anxiety related problems. She paid attention to all my symptoms and gave enough time for me to be comfortable and share. She is a very good listener and caring too. The medicines prescribed by her, helped a lot. In addition to this, she provided lots of methods and ways to counter anxiety and intrusive thoughts. I'd definitely recommended her. I went to Dr. Disha Parikh with my issue of sleeping disorder and other problems , her guidance and medication helped me a lot. I followed everything she said and it really helped me. I liked how i could easily tell her everything without any fear of judgement. I successfully recovered from my sleeping issue and I know with her help i will soon be back to normal.
