Dr. Achal chole -Rajurkar, is an psychiatrist. she has completed her Post graduation in psychiatry from Rajiv Gandhi medical College kalwa, Thane . Then she got an opportunity to work in Sassoon general hospital pune for a year and also in poona hospital & research centre. Later she started her private practice with an agenda to help more individuals struggling with their mental health. By practicing the holistic approach, she does help her patients by mutually setting their routine & healthy lifestyle while coping with the mental health issues .she provide Motivation Enhancement Therapy for De-addiction to help people with multiple substance use (nicotine,alcohol,Opioids & other drugs) to manage their cravings and restlessness. Along with medications she also practices talk therapy for students & adolscents with generalised anxiety and panic attacks & for people in remission phase of Depression . In her clinic she regularly manage Patients of Schizophrenia, OCD, PTSD , chronic tension headaches, fatigue, low mood, sleep disturbances, reduced or increased appetite, reduced interest, palpitations, restlessness and vague fearfulness. With regular follow ups she help her patients to achieve the best results possible while keeping in mind about the mental well being of the family members as well.
