My treatment with Dr. Prajakta Kale was a unique healing experience. Since I am German and Ayurveda is not common in Germany this was my first Ayurvedic treatment ever. Dr. Prajakta Kale took a lot of her time to explain the basics and philosophy of Ayurveda in order for me to understand it properly. Any question (and there were many) was answered precisely and in a way that I could comprehend it. My condition resulted in two treatments. Both treatments were carried out by well trained staff and supervised by Dr. Prajakta herself. Today, I finalized the second treatment. So far I can say that the condition became much better in an extraordinary short time, with the last remains expected to be fading soon after I have accomplished this second treatment and the style of diet she advises me. For the first time in my life I learned what it means to be in a team with a doctor where both sides wanting to heal the root cause of the disease and not just the symptoms as it is usual in the German medical system. Therefore, I want to use this review not only to recommend Dr. Prajakta to anyone who is truthfully interested in finding the causes for their diseases but I want to give my heartfelt gratitude Dr. Prajakta who is an extraordinary kind, skillful, and humble practitioner who really cares for the wellbeing of her patients.

I was suffering from IBS-D from last 10yrs (since 2010) & for the treatment I visited many famous Gastroenterologist, General Physician in Allopathy, Homeopathy and Ayurveda in many cities (like Bangalore, Rajasthan, Patna..) but I didn't found satisfactory relief.

This situation sent me into a deep depression , As I assumed the illness was incurable.

But after receiving treatment from Dr Prajakta, I experienced never-before-felt relief within 3 months of treatment.

With previous good experience of Panchakarma Basti and Virechan of my mom and mom in law, I visited Dr. Prajakta for pre-pregnancy basti treatment of my wife. We opted for 21 days basti and overall the entire experience was smooth. Doctor was accomodative of our timing requirements and personally ensured that she is part of all the sessions. Further, she guided very well on the pregnancy and explained every treatment and associated benefits. Her way of treatment is amazing and she ensures that she explains everything in as much detail as possible. Further, I would like to highlight that the clinic maintains excellent hygiene and provides all Covid-19 protocols. Clinic is thoroughly sanitized and regularly cleaned.

I had high sugar spiked because of work stress and has heredity also.

My sugar level was high of 310 in November with fatty lever.

Take basti and within 10 days the sugar level was 130 along with medicines.I started feeling energetic and quite healthy.

Still under her treatment, the sugar levels are ranging between 130-180(my work routine effects, still its under control).

Following things are best taken care of:

1. The explanation of the problem and how we will plan the treatment.

2. Takes care of the surrounding other health issue if can be controlled at the same time.

The covid protocols are best taken care of by following steps:

a) Staffs wear masks all the time.

b) Patients during panchakarma are given fresh masks, shower cap, fresh bed sheets(disposable ones)

c)After every patient the panchakarma unit is cleaned thoroughly and made ready for next patient.

I really appreciate the extra efforts that Dr.Prajakta takes in regards to the covid rules and to protect the patients who come to visit her. She keeps the appointment time in such a way that people dont have to wait much for their turn and are not exposed to Covid threats at the same time she take her time for consultation and talking to patients for all the queries and till satisfaction.
