I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration following my visit to Dr. Drashti Devani’s The Skin Doctor clinic located in Viva Icon Building, Hinjewadi, on 23rd August.
I had booked my appointment through the Practo App or 2:00 PM and arrived at the clinic well in advance—nearly 30 minutes early. After filling out the personal details form and paying the consultation fee, I waited patiently for nearly two hours. My turn was scheduled after two other patients, and I had made further plans for the day assuming the appointment would proceed as scheduled.
However, when my turn finally came, a staff member abruptly escorted another patient into the consultation room ahead of me. I politely explained that I had been waiting for two hours and requested to see the doctor as per my appointment. I took peeling treatment for acne and currently undergoing another peeling treatment for pigmentation.
Acne peeling gave me satisfactory results within my course of treatment and pigmentation peeling is showing good results; slowly but surely.
I must say, Dr. Vijay Nagdev is an exceptional dermatologist and the treatment given by him is totally worth the money and efforts. Along with the treatment regimen, one needs to follow a few lifestyle modifications suggested by him to attain better results that are beneficial in a long run. The staff is very friendly, helpful and proficient. My overall experience with The Skin Doctors is quite good.

We visited to Dr pooja for Hair fall problem of my wife. she suggested to go for 6 meso and 6 PRP therapy which is very costly. As per doctor we should be able to see the results after 1 month. we continue the treatment till 3 months, wasted arourd 30k in expensive medicine *** ******* *** *** *** **** * ****** *** **** ****** when we discussed this to doctor that we are not seeing any result, she checked the hair and said lot of tiny new hair is growing. still i am searching how she saw that tiny hair ***** * ** ***** *** **** ** *** 🤣🤣
