One has to believe in the Vaidya and the Ayurvedic treatment method. I do believe in both and hence the treatment results always turn out to be miraculously satisfying.
This year I couldn’t do the complete panchakarma, so Vd. Meghana Bakre recommended me to take castor oil and follow a strict food diet for body cleansing. It has not only made me feel energetic but I have also lost noticible amount of weight. My young office colleagues were totally jealous to see this change and wanted to know more about.
