So professional, courteous, *** ********* ************* ******* Everything about her and the clinic is just mind blowing starting from booking the appointments, follow ups, Staff to their timely and very well coordinated appointments. When you visit them, you can expect to get a perfect understanding of the issue that you're going through and the steps that you will need to follow to cure it. Today, I had visited Dr. Pradeep with very congested face with acne vulgaris. She helped me understand the problem and gave me a regime to follow. Since I have a wedding to attend in the next 7-8 days, I requested for something that would give some instant results to bring glow to my face. She suggested hydrafacial and I got it done. I am so happy with the results I have gotten. I have been visiting both the doctors for almost four years now and they always bring a smile to my face.

Very disappointed by this doctor, Dr. Pradeep Kumari. Visited Dr. Nitin Jain (Dermatologist) For Skin Disease Treatment

I do not recommend the doctor

I would definetely not recommend Dr. Nitin for below reasons.

1. It was my first appointment on 2/2/2024 at 7:00 pm and doctor attended me at 8:25 pm that too after lots of arguments with staff. No mangement, no schedule. Staff sends anyone randomly in cubicle.

2. Secondly, they have lots of junior doctors who attend the patients and Dr. Nitin just attend the patient hardly for a minute, and for which he charge consultation of 700 bucks.

** ******** **** *** ***** ******* ** *** **** ** *********. They don't give any discount and medicines are pretty Unique which you can't find outside. Doctor said to me to consult again after 7 days, but mentioned medicines for 40 days... Medical representative was like, we can't give medicine for 7 days as doctor mentioned for 40 Days, you have to buy and that to for 5300 rupees. **** * ********* **** ****

I would not suggest to go to this clinic.

They gave us some hair care products and medicine which were very expensive. But I didn't think the money was gone, * **** ***** *** ********** *** **** **** ********* *** we went back. After taking the complaint, they advised us to not to use the first medicine and product and gave different products.So far there has been no problem. But I refused to pay the opd charges since we went back to tell them **** ******* ** ********* But they told us to pay otherwise the prescription and products would be withdrawn from us.

Sir, we haven't charged you anything extra. You came for a consultation and were charged a standard consultation fee of 600 which is same for everyone and is preinformed. We see a good number of patients daily whom we charge lesser or nothing at all if we find that for this patient it may not be feasible( without even them requesting any concessions) or on patient requests . However someone thinking that it is their birth right to get a free consultation from doctor without understanding their medical issues is simply not acceptable. You don't want to pay and want a prescription still or genuinely need it request so. Doctors are usually very large hearted and would oblige . Throw an attitude of why should I pay , please take yourself elsewhere. We are in the field of providing care and relief to people from their diseases, health issues and invest our heart, mind and education day in and day out for this at the cost of keeping patients even ahead of our families. Please keep the negativity out .

The doctor when met the first time for herpes zoster she was ok with her behaviour.... She prescribed certain medicines, so I have taken those.

But after sometime when I felt little uncomfortable I tried reaching her, her resident doctor said she is busy and she will make me speak to her after some time. We waited and her resident doctor called us after 30 mins and started to giving not so convincing answers to my questions. When I requested that can I speak to the main doctor, she said no talk to me about the issue.

I have never seen this sort of unprofessional response from such a doctor when she knows **** **** ** *** * ***** ******* *** *** ****** *** I am not feeling good.

Nevertheless my husband tried explaining to her resident doctor that we need to speak to the main doctor Ms. Pradeep Kumari... Then after a long time she came on the call and asking me to discontinue the medicine rather than giving solutions. Also, she told me that my husband threatened her resident doctor where as my husband spoke so nicely to her in front of me.

Hello, so mam what is your issues here 1. The dr said she would reach back and she did so. However you/ your husband were very keen on not letting her do her duty and instead threw a tantrum. She was a qualified dr asking what was the problem or discomfort but no you'd just continue one rant . Actually she reached back in 4 min. 5:58 pm , 6:01 pm, 6:05 pm were the call made timings. 2. And i was attending another consultation and that pt deserved my undivided attention as much as you ( and you know your consultation also was very meticulously sone ) 3. I offered some further insight as was previously done during consultation, that it takes some time for the medication to start acting and your discomfort is coming from the acidity painkiller you were self medicating on . And also explained why the medication should not be stopped just after 1 dose and 2 hrs later simply because you are not seeing improvement still. 4. And telling merely that please be respectful of others including pt who were being seen at that time and calling a wrong behavior a wrong one- makes you do what go online write an anonymous bad review. Hats off to you. I'm pretty sure anyone who reads this would know what it is However i felt compelled to write because when you did this you are not just failing me as a patient you are also making a dent in doctor patient relationship as a society. Such unwarranted, wrongful behavior of I can malign you socially and while being anonymous ( so that nobody judges you ) is what makes doctor slowly and slowly dispassionate. Please refrain. I put all my heart into alleviating my patients suffering and yes I'm very proud fierce protector of my staff, my doctors and all my patients interests and yours is an example where I regret on my naive nature of believing that everyone is good. And thank you for atleast accepting the consultation was good and changing the completely false and a pure bullying review your husband had written ( so I hope that your goodness shows a little bit more next time you visit a dr instead of attend to all my tantrums or you get a bad review attitude)

I am visiting this doctor for past 4 months. She has a lot of intern staff and they treat the patient. They only give final report to the doctor which then gives her 5 mins to you, prescribe some medicine. Even the dosage of medicine is explained by her intern.

And post that you have kept coming to clinic saying you didn't write the feedback and you are absolutely happy and see tremendous improvement. Please look at the number of concerns you have mentioned. No doctor can cure you off miraculously of multiple issues in a single visit . Multiple years of assault on skin does require continuous consistent treatment . What is perplexing is that you want to keep the good report and treatment to yourself by saying bad things about the very person who is helping you deal with your image issues by making your skin health better.

The wait time is too long, and i think this needs to be taken care of, what is the point of appointment when you still have to wait for 1.5 hrs to wait for doctor. After procedure if you want to meet the doctor again you have to wait. So you need to plan 1 full day for a visit, i think people cannot visit often like this
