I do not recommend the doctor

Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction

My mother had tooth ache for a week, she wanted to get it extracted. She went to this Dr., instead of extracting the infected teeth and good teeth besides was extracted.my mother was in pain for more than a week, due to Diwali vacation none of the doctor was around. Today she went to another Dr, they took an X Ray, to our surprise the teeth that was extracted had impacted the bone as well.

The issue mentioned in the above feedback was discussed by me with the concerned relative of the patient.The patient's relative was made aware of the situation and facts and future problems which could arise if not attended as advised by me.I regret for the pain and agony patient had to undergo,but I couldn't be of any help as I was unaware of entire episode after the patient left my clinic after the said treatment.I would like to assure not only this but all my patients that I am always a phone call away.I hope Mr P. Nair has understood the whole issue and hope he would change his opinion about the same.My patients and their well-being is of utmost importance to me.
