Unlike our previous encounters with other doctors who were quick to recommend surgery without proper examination or explanation, Dr. Pradeep approached the situation differently. He conducted a comprehensive examination, explored alternative treatments, and only recommended surgery when absolutely necessary.
Throughout the entire process, He never pressured us into making decisions and was always available to address any concerns, even late at night post-surgery. His support extended beyond the operating room, as he remained accessible through WhatsApp and calls, providing guidance and reassurance during the recovery period.

Absolutely mismanaged clinic. I have been waiting for 45 mins (and counting) for an appointment which was rescheduled by the doctor herself. Practo also misses their commitment of 15 mins guaranteed. Pls don’t call if you have too many patients.

Hoped for better: Wait time
Visited the doctor with 11:00 AM appointment, finally doctor arrived at 12:05. Further waited and finally left around 12;30. I missed my office due all the delay. Was advised to book 11:30 AM for next time.Come next visit, I reached at 11:25 AM, but again Doctor was not there and asked to wait for 10 min. I waited for 20 mins, and then I left. That's my experience. Don't know about treatment but can't continue at cost of my work.
