She doesn't show interest in understanding patients concerns. If her time is valuable so is the patient's.
Why would someone take effort to visit clinic by travelling an hour in traffic and wait for 2 hours? After meeting her, she won't even give 5 min to listen to their issues. Ultimate customer dissatisfaction. Staff keep on changing every month and no one manages time or queue efficiently. Finally I can say worse experience and decided never go there again
