Prudent International Health Clinic

My daughter has been having nose bleeds since the beginning of the lockdown. We were apprehensive about going to a hospital or clinic in this situation. Initially we managed at home with house remedies but the concern was always there. So we made the decision of going to Prudent Clinic. It is a spacious clinic with proper distancing, minimal wait time as they are giving only a fixed number of appointments per day. We were able to consult the doctor, Dr, Sumit Bhatti who laid to rest our fears, examined, explained first aid for nose bleeds and gave treatment after which we were back home soon. My daughter is comfortable now and she has not had any nose bleed since then. Dr. Bhatti also explained that if there is any nose bleed in the future, we can contact him anytime on the phone for immediate assistance at multiple hospitals in the city any time of the day to night. He has emergency back-up with students, assistants at multiple major hospitals in the city. So we are now confident of managing my daughters nose bleeds if the need arises.

I visited this clinic for teeth cleaning, Dr Puja told to have 3 sittings to clean the teeth completely and told in last session she would check again.

Teeth cleaning is done by the associates and not by actual Dr Puja.

First two sittings were pretty good, the associate Dr did good work, but in the last sitting, associate Dr got changed and that was the bad experience I had.******* *** * ******* ** *** ***** ******** ******* *** *** ********* ** *** *** ******* *** ** *** ******** ***** ****** **** *** ********* ** ****** ** ******* *** ** ******* *** *** *** ********

In 2nd setting I was told that last sitting will be under adminstration of Dr Puja as she told that I would like to see the 3rd sitting. Because of this, the dates were delayed because Dr Puja was not in clinic for some days.

In 3rd sitting, the associate Dr had done nothing, she just cleaned the teeth where it was already done in past 2 sitting. * ***** ** *** ** ** ****

In the last sitting, Dr Puja didn't come up to check if everything is good or not, more over I saw she was busy in winding the clinic as it was arround 8 PM. There is no mechanism in place where she can get to know that was told previously, hence this happened.

Just a thought if you can't or don't want to handle patients after 8 PM, then why you are taking appointment of 7.45 PM?

Here Dr Puja comes no where in the picture, * **** ***** **** ** *** ** **** ** **** **** every thing is done by her associates. Only consultation is done by her actual teeth cleaning is carried by the associates.

I would suggest to find some other Dr rather than Dr Puja* ** *** *** ***** *** ***** *********

Dr. Bhatti is extremely cordial and gave me ample time to explain my ailment. He then, explained all the possible underlying physiological causes and even shared with me the clinical advances that had been made in the field of allergy treatment. The doctor is also sensitive towards the expenses of tests and treatments and very wisely adopts a staggered approach to diagnosis and corrective action. I am glad to have engaged with Dr. Bhatti and am confident that he will guide me well through my ailments.

No safety regarding covid in clinic except for doctor as he will treat you through glass window.

Took a look at my ear pain from glass door with the same attached rubber gloves to window. Told me it's ear infections and prescribe me costly medicine ***** ***** ****** *** * **** ** *** ********* **** **** **** ***** ****** *** ***** *** ***** finally went to another doctor *** **** ** * *** * **** *** ** ** *** *** ******* *** ****** * *** ** **** *********

I visited her for RCT from Mumbai, she took 5 sittings to get this done *** ** *** *** **** ********* *** ****** **** *** ***** ******* * *** ******* ***** ***** **** *** when asked about ReRCT she denied ** *** **** ********** And it finally led to my molar tooth removal. It was a horrible experience as it costed me my molar at a small age of 22

I have been visiting Dr Puja for the past 9 yrs. she is a very well experienced and professional dentist. Very polite and friendly doctor. She has a very gentle hand and talks you through the procedure, explaining the process etc. highly recommend her to all my friends.

Even though the doc heard me patiently but each of my questions he had the same answer.. A test from their own hospital which was close to 20 thousand and he even suggested we talk to someone at the reception so they'll make it a package and it'll be 10 percent cheaper.. ********* ** *** ******* **** * ****** ****** ****** ** **** ** * **** **** ******** ** ****** ******** He insisted on providing a solution only after I took the expensive tests from their source

The Doctor arrived more than an hour late.my booking was at 3.30 pm, he arrived around 4.45 pm. He immediately suggested some tests which costed us Rs 12K. He later gave us medicine which costed us 4K. *** ***** **** *** * ***** ****** ******************* *** ***** **** **** ********* ** *** **** ******** *** ********* **** ** *** ******* ******* ***** ***** ** **** ** ****** ********** ** ******** ****** *** ***** ***** We changed the doctor.

Dr Bhattis has done the consultation from a different cabin, with all the necessary precaution for Covid. He was on the other side of the glass partition With a 2 way speaker mike & glove in the glass partition to examine me. The consultation was contacless & with 100% efficiency. new way of trating me,I am happy with thenew system of treatment.

The way Dr.Farzaana Lateef Shaikh responded over the phone was really appreciable .she was very much friendlywith us giving the right advice *** **** *** ******* ******** * ***** *** **** ********* ** ** ***** ** **** ******** *******.Thanks a lot doctor..🙏
