I had a very disappointing experience at Dr. Sachin Bodhale Netra Eye Clinic and would not recommend it based on my visit.

Before leaving home, I called the clinic to confirm whether the doctor was available. I was told that he was. We reached the clinic in less than 10 minutes, and the doctor was actively consulting other patients. ************* ******* ** ********* *** *** ***** ***** ** *** *** ***** ** *** ******* ****** **** *** **** ********* *** ****** *************** ********** ***** he later acknowledged in his own response that he had examined us around 9 PM. If the timing was an issue, we should have been informed over the phone rather than being criticised after arriving.

Another concern was that we were asked to make the payment before any examination had taken place. While every clinic may have its own billing policy, it was not explained to us beforehand and did not create a good first impression.

Most importantly, I did not feel that a thorough eye examination was carried out. This review reflects my genuine personal experience. * ******* *** ******** *************** *** professionalism, communication, hygiene, and patient care are equally important. Unfortunately, my experience fell short in all of these areas.

Based on my experience, I would advise prospective patients to consider other options.

My son developed an eye infection late in evening wherein his eye had turned red - swollen & was hurting him too. It was Anant Chaturthi and thus most of doctor clinics in my vicinity were closed.

I searched online and came across Dr. Sachin. I called him to confirm if he was available as it was closing time too. He heard the case and offered to keep the clinic open & stay back which was very kind of him.

We got my kid examined and the medicines prescribed by doctor helped recover the infection too.

Thanks to Dr Sachin once again.

Incorrect location. Its a old spects shop with mess around. He did not tell his consulting fees till the end upon repeated asking. Then charged us 500 ** ** *** ******* *** **** ** *** ****

Initially he was not telling us his consulting fees upon asking multiple times, and then charged us 500 and told us that he got expensive instruments and took 8 yr to become doctor. * ** ***** ** ********* ** *** ******** *********** *** *** *** ****** *** ****** **********
