I have been visiting Dr Isha Jha for a few months and she helped me deal with the most difficult phase of my life. Her techniques are very unique and effective. I got a space where I could express and understand myself.

She miraculously turned my anger to energy to do/achieve more everyday. My stress level reduced; my professional and personal relationships started to work better. I got much more clarity about my thoughts and feelings; I could prioritise better and my productivity increased drastically.

I could make choices for my life and follow them through and she supported me adequately through the process.

My family sees me as more stable, stronger and evolved person as an outcome of the therapy.

I am very thankful that she was there to listen to me at the times I needed the most - through the appointments and sometimes even over a call or text message.
