My wife was suffering from a number of ailments. Dr. Sarin patiently heard all her problems, giving adequate time and attention. He was extremely methodical in his approach. One by one he diagnosed and solved the problems. Most importantly he never made her feel unheard. She was anxious dealing with the ailments and he helped her calm down. Doctor was very accurate with assessments and maintained a good balance of medicine addressing pain management and curing the root cause. I was struggling with weight gain, tried different things from the internet but nothing worked, so went to see Ms Gauri for the same. I must say she is very friendly and patient. She gave me practical diet plan considering my requirements which was not making me starve. Also taking follow ups on time to time. Got good results.

I took my mother to him for her blood pressure and diabetes treatment. he helped us understand everything about her illness , got us free diet consult at his clinic and got us medicines and insulin at a dicount. he does not differentiate among patients and treats everyone alike. will highly recommend him to others.

I have had the very bad experience Not with the Doctor but his staff. His staff is extremely rude and doesn't know o talk to the patients. Despite giving written confirmation on appointment , do we expect patient to follow up again and again on appointment. ?

I consulted him for my husband's dengue, despite waiting for an hour for video consultation , we get to know that booking was never done and Dr. was not even informed. Your staff should have told us that appointment is given only when the payment is done upfront. The staff got so rude with us and when we started complaining , they called our family stating that we are not at all mannered and started threating that we may end up in jail for abusing medical professionals.

That staff is threating me with her father being the police commissioner and she can send me to jail. Personally texting me that she will take me one on one . I wish i never would have contacted him for consultation.
