My wife was suffering from hormone imbalance and even after multiple treatment it did not succeed ,i met Dr Lavina Batra after search online,I thought of giving a visit,unlike other doctors she did my sonography and test to diagnose the issue ,I was diagnosed as polycystic ovaries,i knew I had this issue as I had read about this online,all the symptoms my wife was suffering was same.we were also planning for a child but we're unsuccessful bcoz of this pcod,she explained me the line of management,cost and everything,not even at one occasion I felt she hurried or forced me to do the test .I was aware of whatever treatment and test she took as it was informed me in detail at my first visit at the time of starting the treatment.my wife's treatment went on for four month ,i have seen lots of improvement in wife's health,i finished my treatment in oct 21;today I am writing this feedback because we just got the good news that my wife as conceived,I really think doctor deserves my this feedback,During treatment diet advice and excercise was also advised,i will recommend life care Clinic and dr Lavina Batra to all those who are suffering from period and other gynaec issues

She is very kind and good doctors.she gives enough time to her patients,she personally follow ups with her each patient which is a rare quality we see in doctors nowadays,she is very caring and soft spoken ,very dedicated doctor.I had a severe pain in my left side of abdomen which is the reason i visited her ,my cycles used to often skip which I thought is normal due to work stress ,I realised I had severe issue only after doing sonography.I had complex cyst of 5cm in Lt ovary.i was very scared,when most of the doctors suggested laprasopic surgery and all,she was the only doctor who decided to first try treating it with medication.she did all necessary test and started me on treatment,my pain got reduced in every cycle ,my cycles were coming every month,we did sonography after 4 cycles ,the cyst size was significantly reduced.she is the doctor who believes in treatment not surgery,I am completely satisfied and happy with her treatment,will recommend dr Lavina batra(life care clinic to all

She called immediately after I booked my appointment and asked me to see her sooner (before my slot) which was weird and should have been my first red flag. I saw her anyway. I went to her for breast examination as I felt a little lump on my breast. But she did not even ask why I had come and started bombarding me **** *** **** ****** *** **** **** **** ********* ****** ****** ***** She asked me to do all kinds of test. She was very pushy and did not even give me time to process all the information she was bombarding me with. She was talking continuously even while taking my blood sample and was so sloppy that I got a bruise on the spot where she took the sample from. She prescribed me * ****** ** *********** medicines and asked me to purchase those from her only. *** ***** ** ***** ** ** ******* **** * **** *** ***** ** ******** ******* ** ************* ***** ****** ********* *** **** **** She took my urine sample as well. The washroom in her clinic was really dirty where I had to collect the sample. She asked me to get sonography done from one of her references and was calling and texting continuously whether I got it done or not. ** ******* **** ****** ***** she said I should take start medication and get few more tests done from her. I consulted another doctor *** ******** * ** ********** ***** Thank God I did not take any medicine she sold me.

She solved my questions, helped with the treatment according to the reports but-
** *** **** ********* ***** *** * *** ** ***. You got to her and she will after checking your reports will suggest a few more tests and will charge *** ****. I literally paid ******* ****** ***** in the first meeting which included the medicines and the tests.
2. She will suggest her own sonography doctor *** ** *******
3. after 10 days, she asked me for another meeting, i had no questions and had no need of consultation but she said its important.
4. since i was out of town, i had some major family emergency, she constantly kept calling me messaging me to take a appointment, i have all the screenshots for the same.
5. i agreed and got on a whatsapp video call and she said she charges 400 for a video consultation.
6. my Google pay was not working so i asked if we can start the consultation, i'll pay in 5 mins. she said once the payment is done, we will start.
7. after making the payment, she asked me two questions- how many tablets are remaining for the PCOS treatment and when i am coming back to pune and then she scheduled another appointment.
8. i was so disturbed about the fact that why was this meeting scheduled and why did she charge me 400, just for these two questions.
9. when i confronted her, she said it was important because if you had any questions we can clear that, i clearly told her that i had no questions and i will take the appointment once i m in pune.
