Hi I am suffering posture issue since long and pain because of it. I had continous pain in shoulder, neck and back. I have completed my advanced therapy and it helped me a lot.Most important is, I don't have pain irritation now due to regular excercise and now better mood because of regular excercise. I have learn't that sustaining excercise for longer period is very important otherwise, there is no point to do for short period.Dr. Roshini helped a lot in this therapy. I am very thankful to her. Keept me motivated and guided all through the basic to advanced seassion. I got to know the importance of physiotherapy, sitting posture and regular breaks and walk.Thank you so much !!

My mother was suffering from knee pain very badly since long time and found Dr. Priyanka's clinic Lead Physio over Practo. Indeed, based on others good review and we consulted Dr. Priyanka over phone and after talking we got convinced and as per her advice, we connected her clinic Lead physio Hinjewadi branch (nearby our home) where Dr. Roshni who actually provided physio therapy to my mother for next 21 session. The docs were rigid about there methodology. I do understand but patient cant go for a therapy package just because he is in need. the treatment should be little flexible so that common people can afford it.

I wanted an ultra sound or its equivalent but i was asked to take 21 day package, I know it may be for my benifit but i cant take a package in one go. how about a series of session daily and there after look at the effect and requirment and then packages should be alloted.

The doctor is patient, listens to the issue and provides solution and suggests various exercises for proper recovery.

I came here with a severe tightness and pain in my scapular region which recurred after 2 years. They advised me a rehab course of 30 sessions - 1 session per day, with an exercise plan of a month. It has been almost a month now, the pain is nearly gone and I can move my neck and hand freely now.

I just completed my complete sessions of ACL Reconstruction post surgery Rehab treatment from Dr Priyanka's Lead Physio Clinic Hinjewadi. I was suffering from shoulder pain. I was seeking physio nearby and found Dr. Priyanka's physio clinic near me.

After initial diagnosis and doctor mentioned that its nothing major and only nerve compression, which was the first relief to me.

I was not even able to move my neck. Dr. Ruchita examined the neck and explained the cause briefly.

she was very patient and personally assisting me during the whole course. She taught me many exercises that helped strengthen my neck, shoulder and back muscle.
