experiance was astonishing. I have never met a physio , so knowledgeable and focusing on correcting, not only the pain but the root cause of it. infact after my treatment of hip pain and back pain, my whole family treatment is done by him. I recommend him strongly

Very good experience starting from 1st day till last day of my 15 sittings. key pros:

1. Detail discussion on the symptoms, frequency, magnitude of the problem and daily routine. This lasted for about good 20 mins

2. This gave us the confidence about the required expertise. it was ruled out in first sitting that it is not spondlysis (what a relief as a patient especially when many doctors elsewhere scares you and ask you for unnecessary diagnostics)

3. Only right exercise for a particular set of muscles was the key of the treatment unlike other centres where traction and short waves are used that are usually not required in every case.

4. Absolutely personalised treatment with personal attention and apprising the patient on every exercises.

5. Use of few intermittent session of alternate therapy like "dry needle", "hot and cold pack".

6. Flexible enough to accommodate treatment slot with mutual discussion

Overall good professional and personal experience. I will surely recommend others to try in case of needing physio therapy.

I was suffering for back and neck pain for almost two months inspite of having visited several specialists in the city and spent quite a few bucks for the treatment. Then I met Dr. Arora after suggestion from one of my friends. Right from day one he was spot on identifying the issue and suggesting right exercises for the specific areas. Back pain and neck pain are pretty complex issues *** ***** ********* ** *** *** *** ***** I think that's where I experienced the difference between them and others. They were very patient hearing my case history giving attention to minute details I mentioned. This is very rare now a days where doctor wants to spend not more than 5 ro 10 minutes per patient. I could see my pain start to disappear in couple of visits.
