With her treatment, guidance, and constant encouragement, I was able to successfully complete the 42 km on 18th January that too under the cut off time for my Procam Slam Challenge.

She was extremely thorough in diagnosing my problem and took the time to clearly explain the root cause, which gave me a lot of confidence in the treatment plan.

Sessions were very focused on strengthening my quads, hamstrings, and overall knee stability.
