Well to start with, I had my ACL reconstructed (Knee surgery) 2months back in June 2023. I was told to have an effective rehabilitation post-surgery to get speedy recovery and that's when I contacted Healyos and got a chance to meet Ms. Twinkle Modi (Physiotherapist).

I must say that from Day 1 I got the feeling that I am in safe hands. Reasons below:

1. Ms. Twinkle had very good understanding about the surgery and explained me in detail to cope up and progress with the rehab.

2, She patiently answered all the queries I had in my mind with respect to the rehab program and setting weekly expectations from the progress.

3. Each and every exercise we were doing, was well explained with correct technique and impact on the respective muscle.

4. Timely motivation and concern about the progress was much appreciated being a patient.

5. She was able to figure out the gaps in the progress being the reluctant behavior from my side or any improvement needed based on her experience.

In nutshell as much as I wanted to recover fast even her involvement in making things better for me, gives a patient lot of satisfaction.

Benzi is an outstanding professional!Very punctual,committed *** **************Best part is if he does not have answer to any of your question rather than guessing he would go back study and come back with the answer.To improve my Golf related flexibility and strength he did lot of home work and came out with right routine.Very gentle and handles you body with right amount of strength and firmness.With him you perform every exercise 30-40%better than you would have done yourself.All in all Top class in every which way!
