Healyos - Physiotherapy At Your Doorstep

Well to start with, I had my ACL reconstructed (Knee surgery) 2months back in June 2023. I was told to have an effective rehabilitation post-surgery to get speedy recovery and that's when I contacted Healyos and got a chance to meet Ms. Twinkle Modi (Physiotherapist).

I must say that from Day 1 I got the feeling that I am in safe hands. Reasons below:

1. Ms. Twinkle had very good understanding about the surgery and explained me in detail to cope up and progress with the rehab.

2, She patiently answered all the queries I had in my mind with respect to the rehab program and setting weekly expectations from the progress.

3. Each and every exercise we were doing, was well explained with correct technique and impact on the respective muscle.

4. Timely motivation and concern about the progress was much appreciated being a patient.

5. She was able to figure out the gaps in the progress being the reluctant behavior from my side or any improvement needed based on her experience.

In nutshell as much as I wanted to recover fast even her involvement in making things better for me, gives a patient lot of satisfaction.

I can definitely recommend her expertise to who so ever in need and in similar situation.

I've had an extremely positive experience with Dr. Srushti Belekar from Healyos during my recovery post knee surgery. She is exactly the kind of physiotherapist you'd need and like to work with in your healing journey--very knowledgeable with keen attention to details and nuances; adept with protocol and interventions to use making right adjustments along the way always keeping the focus on the larger goal; extremely calm, supportive and patient with answering every single query (you know you are in good hands) and the same time nudging where needed. She keeps an eye on holistic aspects while working through the process. And all this with a smile on her face every single day! Glad to have had her partnership in the healing journey.

I had suffered a lisfranc injury in left foot and cuboid fracture in right foot. Hi, I am grateful to Dr.Pranita Bhavsar for helping me to get back on my feet again. I had undergone ACL reconstruction surgery and I was not allowed to put my feet down for almost a month and I needed to start physiotherapy immediately after surgery for best recovery. Thus I reached out to Healyos and there I was assigned Dr.Pranita Bhavsar who excels at her work. She has experience of almost 7years and which actually reflects positively in her work style. She helped me to recover much early than I had anticipated. Her physiotherapy techniques are amazing and helpful. Also, she motivated me, pushed me to give my best at times even when I had got disheartened, she was patient with me at all times and ensured that my recovery is upto the mark at each and every point of time. And her cool down sessions were cherry on the cake.
