I have been to a few therapists before her and one of the experience was so bad* *** *** ********* ***** **** *** **** **** * **** ****** It was after a couple of years when I felt that i have to seek some help. It's been some time now working with her and it has been nothing short of miracle. I am definitely less anxious than I used to be. The changes(howsoever little) I have observed is all because of her and though earlier skeptical now I genuinely believe that one should go for a good professional help. She did not rush to diagnosis and had a few sessions before she came up with the report and her diagnosis was on point and was one of the major reasons to trust her. She is a patient listener and gives me ample space to talk about my problems. I have been able to share details which were quite uncomfortable for me to discuss and the environment she creates , makes me say everything without the fear of being judged. The best part is that none of my questions are left unanswered and she has been able to explain everything i have been going through in the simplest of ways. She helps me dealing with my issue of anxiety and depression with easy-to-do tasks and they have really helped me. Now I am a little bit less anxious and little more motivated . I am a bit more equipped to deal with the issues at hand, all thanks to her.

i was taking treatment from her for anxiety overthinking and Stress Management .

but after have taken therapy from her i feel like she is Unprofessional with Petient,she is not friendly with Petient ,she not understand petient, instead of Listening petient issue/problem she was always worried to compete the session ,high costly session and giving time is less than 25 minutes not ready to give appointment as per petient convince.

Only taking some Questions based test and Images based test but never shared results with me .

I will never suggest anyone,*** ** ***** **** ** *** ****** ****** ********** ********* *** ***** ********** she suddenly stopped my treatment by giving excuses and all for 2 months.

there many therapist available check with who understand you better.

Dr. Aishwarya is very polite and clear with her treatment process. She made me feel comfortable and assessed my current problems and the situation very accurately taking the counselling sessions step by step. She has helped me a great deal with my anxiety and depression issues. My mind is at much ease now. I would highly recommend Dr. Aishwarya to anyone seeking help without hesitating as its always better to speak to a professional rather than living with what’s troubling you.

She doesn't rush you and is a good listener, her willingness to adjust your session even at a short notice is commendable.
