Dr. Amod Borkar is one of the beet Doctors I have taken treatment from in my life. I am a Film maker and am a public figure enjoying a Celebrity status. People like me have a very stressful life which leads to anxiety and sleep disorders due to the nature of our work and the stress.

I went to see Dr. Borkar, as suggested by my relative, cause I used to feel low, sad, lonely and depressed most of the times due to past experiences and couldn't overcome them. I really needed professional help at that point, and in the first meet itself I felt so relieved, he patiently listened and understood my condition. Then we began my therapy and in about 3 to 4 months I could see positive changes in me, felt more confident and I was able to deal with situations much better than before. I've been seeing Dr Borkar regularly for 6 months now. My initial complaints of unmitigated stress which brought about unexplained mood swings, incessant crying and absolute frustration were diagnosed within the first few sessions.
