We approached FlexifyMe for my sister's acute back pain after previously receiving physiotherapy treatment elsewhere. The earlier physiotherapist had helped reduce stiffness and release muscle knots, but due to travel constraints we shifted to FlexifyMe.

Initially, we were given a 2-day trial which cost approximately ₹3,000 per session. During these sessions, decompression therapy was used and we were informed that Dr. Rashmi would be the assigned doctor for my sister's treatment.

Before payment, we were told that:

• Dr. Rashmi would be the assigned doctor throughout the treatment.

• A 21-day treatment plan costing ₹22,500 was required.

• The first week would focus on pain relief using cupping, needling, decompression therapy, and machines.

• Decompression therapy would be done on alternate days throughout the treatment.

• The second week would focus on exercises and machine-based rehabilitation.

• The third week would focus on posture correction.

• Significant pain relief was expected within the first week.

Based on these assurances, we paid for the package.

However, our experience after payment has been completely different from what was promised.

1. Dr. Rashmi treated my sister only a couple of times. After that, different therapists would come, ask where the pain was, apply cups and machines, and leave. When we raised concerns that Dr. Rashmi was supposed to be the assigned doctor, we were told she was only a consulting doctor and not an assigned doctor. This directly contradicted what we were told before payment.

2. We were informed that decompression therapy would be used regularly on alternate days. However, after the initial sessions, decompression therapy was stopped. 5. The treatment has largely consisted of cupping and machine therapy. The exercise-based rehabilitation that was described to us before payment has not been implemented as expected.

The most disappointing part is the gap between what was promised before payment and what was actually delivered afterward. We enrolled based on specific assurances regarding doctor involvement, decompression therapy, and the treatment plan. Unfortunately, our experience has not matched those commitments.

I hope management reviews this case seriously and improves transparency, communication, accountability, and patient care so that other families do not go through a similar experience.
