Pathetic, Rude & unprofessional staff

1. My kid unfortunately vomitted inside doctors cabin. Staff behaved as if she has seen vomit first time. We were cleaning our kids cloth in between she asked one of us to clean the vomit. Surprisingly, they don’t have any cleaning staff.

Despite of having dustbin bags(which she took out later after lot of protest), she gave a very small torn bag & couple of papers.

After cleaning I told her to give a big dustbin in future on that she rudely told us to bring the dustbin bags from home.

Enquiring if she can call someone to clean, she said “Call your maid from home to clean it”

Though, we don’t have any issue in cleaning the vomit but staff needs a strict counselling on dealing with children clinic situations as well as good behaviour.

We visited first time. Dr gave good attention to our issue. We are satisfied with the treatment. Will recommend to others
