I was screwed with my weight 85kg due to knee AcL problem due to that I was suffering fromback pain too. X Ray was suggesting an operation, pills and plaster,which I never wanted.Before going to Dr.Soumya MamI went to two orthopadedics and one local bonesetter (my biggest mistake)they all gave me medicines and operative suggestions which I was not ready.It's just effort of Soumya Mam physiotherapy due to her I started walk,covers distance of 1km in 10mins without pain , she took real efforts.Amazing therapy.Also I have reduced 10kgs of weight due to her dietcharts which was magical..Whole procedure took 30 to 40days lowback and knee rehab..Thank u so much Mam.I m much much better. Had a wonderful experience during rehab session, everyweek have observed progression on recovery, Madam has a very good domain knowledge and absolute expertise on her field..All the session was planned based on my pain resistance and body structure....

Progression-

1. INTIAL STAGE - *Tremendous pain while bending knee

* Absolute lock on the knee area while

Leaving from Bed.

* Slight movement from right to left

direction..Always feel locking and severe

pain

Post Rehab Stage - * All the above pain and restricted

movement gone.

* Now running and doing all exercises

happily.
