Modern medicine does not have medicine on balance problems. There is only vestibular rehabilitation. The anti-histamine has a lot of side effects.

It was almost one and half year back when I was losing hopes to get better. I went to consult Dr. Smita Joshi for OCD and Anxiety problems. I was super nervous at first, but Dr. Smita made me feel comfortable and understood. She listened to all my problems and concerns very attentively and walked me through how we will be going about with the therapy.

We used a mixture of homeopathy medicines, and other techniques to overcome my anxiety and ocd. There were regular follow-ups and sessions as per my needs. During mid April 2021 we all were (6 of us) tested positive for Covid-19. Our parents are above 75years and 80years. It was a panic situation.

Let me start by saying that Dr. Smita Joshi did wonders for me - I was struggling with anxiety issues and some anger management issues too.

Through the last 14 months, I have made significant recovery through her counselling and homeopathic medicines. I’d say don’t expect a change overnight - counselling takes time. If you feel lighter post your session, that’s a great sign for recovery. Patience, calmness and assertiveness are real virtues which Dr. Smita possesses - it helps massively. I have been going to Dr. Smita Joshi with regards to my performance anxiety in exam/test situations since April 2025 till December 2025 with a 1-2 month gap in between. I had hit a plateau with regards to my performance due to a chronic anxiety issue I had been facing since my school days.
