Receptionist needs to manage the patients better.

Waiting time is too long even after you come at time informed by her.

Doctor is good but Receptionist is very rude. She talks rudely and without listening to patient she cuts the call every time. I had called 3 times today and she cut the call while I was speaking with her. Very bad experience while taking an appointment.
