I am satisfied with the doctor's treatment however I'm disappointed with the staff the clinic has. There is no one at the reception to enquire and attend the patients. Staff's attitude is like as if they are the Doctors and we are here for a free treatment. They don't answer properly. I had gone to the clinic yesterday (10th May, 16). I was trying to communicate with the lady who came outside 3 to 4 times and got avoided 3 to 4 times which was very bad and I felt like leaving the clinic. Staff is the first impression. They should always attend patients nicely and answer their queries. I was called at 1pm and I got to see the doctor at 2pm. Delay can be considered if it is conveyed properly by the staff. Instead I got an answer from one of the staff that I have given you the appointment for 1pm. Now u decide if you want to sit or go. I got this answer when it was already 45 mins late. I would strongly recommended to keep a nice staff which will increase your popularity. The doctor is good no doubt.
