All the qualities which you expect from your Dr are present in Dr Richa Mane.
She is expert in her job, resolved all your queries. Most importantly she wont force you to start treatment right away. She just explains things and give you a time to think or take second opinion.
One more thing I liked was, the reception staff. They are friendly too and give you proper guidance on appointments, medications, payment etc. No matter how busy they are, they still resolved all your questions calmly.
