I am a 26y male, weighted 80.5kg.

Some time back, I contacted Dietician Rizwana for diet counselling.

She helped me with proper diet plans, not difficult to follow, explaining things which are good and bad for the body, not just with the diet, tips about exercising as well.

What I really liked is, I have enough options for my meals to choose from, so it doesn't look boring.

And with the proper portion, Now I can eat almost everything, and avoid outside food cravings.

She listens to the questions carefully, and explain thigns in detail.

Also, I booked the virtual consultation, communicated with her on the phone call only, still the communication is very smooth, and I didn't feel any gap here.

I can see immense improvements in my body, Results so far (Its been 20 days) -

I have lost 6kg, now I am 74.5kg

Measurements around waist/thighs are showing improvemens by 1 inch

Energy levels are mostly high through out the day, I dont feel hungry at all. Its the other way round, that I am mostly full.

I can feel light-weight in my body

With the exercise too, bit of muscles are also visible now

My waist/thighs/arm/chest has reduced by 1 inch and I have reduced my tumy fat and also boost my stemina and energy.

Now my Cholesterol is normal and also reduced fat from lever.

I am feeling light-weight.

Never ever in my life i thought i will write a very negative feedback towards a doctor as again i never thought i would come across such ************** behavior especially from a doctor. Visited her today to get my ultra sound check up. Greeted her first "hello doctor" as a common courtesy ***** ******** **, got a cold stare in return, that was just the beginning :) as she proceeded with her routine she gave me instructions to lay down and put my hands above and the way she was communicating those instructions was so rude and full of arrogance with her body language like rolling her eyes and getting pissed and sounding so harsh i felt like where have i been caged. Before leaving the room i did confronted her and asked whether she behaves the same with pregnant women who visit her (though i am not expecting and it was a routine check up but thank god i didn't visit her during my pregnancy days🙏) and in return she replied that she is having a very bad headache and gave excuses ***** **** *** **** ****** ******* ** *** *** **** *** ********* **** ***** ** *********** ** *** ***** ***** *** ******* ** ******* **** ******** ** **** ** ************** ******* It was hands down the most bad doctor experience of my life and i would not recommend her especially to the expecting mothers who deserve to be treated better.

I had an antiobiotic allergy with O2 tablet, which the doctor immediately captured while examining me and later due to that allergy I was diagonosed with Grade 1 Piles. I am undergoing the treatment for the same. My Allergy is gone. And my piles is also on verge pf getting cured. Doctor is very friendly, explains very well and gives you the real and actual reason why are we suffering from that disease by asking general questions. His medications are doing wonders on my body. His medicines are way too mild and he gets the treatment on the spot. Right now after piles I have gone through some blood tests (heomogram and vitamin B and D tests) which the reports were positive about deficiency of both vitamin B12 and D3. Which I am undergoing the treatment with Dr Chinmay Naik. I Will surely recommend Dr Chinmay Naik to my family friends and relatives. I am very impressed with his overall experience as a Doctor. Doc you are doing a fantastic job. Keep up the good work and treat patients like us like you are doing from past years. Kudos to you.!!! cheers.!!!
