Dr. Anjali knows her craft well. From diagnosis to treatment to rehabilitation, the process is smooth and gradually you start feeling better everyday, coz the most important part of an injury is what you do about it at the early stage. I am suffering from sports related knee injury pain(condromalacia) since two years ,but just 15 days of modalities like ultrasound, IFT , Dry needling, taping and Exercises i have started progressing towards betterment. I have been in pain since 5yrs for my back injury occurred due to sports and it was like walking with a knife in my back, but with dry needling it was gone in a day and same with my thigh muscles which were having stiffness are gone now like it was never there. I couldn't thank her enough. I would highly recommend Dr. Anjali for sport related or any other PT and you will see instant results. I have seen patients in her clinic crying in pain and then walking out with smile on their face. She is friendly and the charges are pretty nominal for what you get in return for what you pay. I am truly satisfied with the treatment. Wish I would have found about her before, but better late than never.

I was suffering from back pain, could not sit for more than 10-15 min before visiting Dr. Anjali Telang's physio care centre. After meeting her she understood my issue and guided me through very well. I had taken dry needling and ultrasonic sessions as suggested by her and followed exercises given by her. Now my pain is completely relieved after 2 weeks of treatment. Also I had visited her for my father's back pain and shoulder pain issue after he had met with an accident 3 years ago Since then he had been suffering but after taking her treatment he is feeling better. It was very great experience with Dr. Anjali. She diagnosed the issue properly and gave me the correct treatment. As stiffness was more in my neck and shoulder then finally she gave me deep needle therapy which did wonder to me. Pain went off in a day and I got immediate relief. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Anjali is very experienced physio doctor. I came to her with my PCL knee injury and groin injury.

For PCL knee injury she gave me ultrasound / IFT and correct excercise for two week which in turn helped me strengthen my knees.

For groin she did needle therapy and it was cured in one session itself.

Truely grateful to have considered her for my injuries.

I recently went to this Physiotherapy clinic and let me tell you, it was awesome! The doctors there are incredible at diagnosing and treating issues. After just 2-3 sessions, I felt immediate relief.
