I would like to sincerely thank and highly recommend Dr. Nilesh Nadkarni for the excellent care and treatment he provided to my mother.

Our journey started when we visited Dr. Nadkarni for a consultation. What immediately stood out was the amount of time and patience he gave us. He carefully listened to my mother’s complete medical history, understood her symptoms in detail, and examined her without rushing through the consultation. During our visit, we also noticed that he gives considerable time to every patient. Even though there was a waiting period, it was clear that he does not simply rush patients through appointments. He takes the time to understand the problem properly before reaching a conclusion or recommending treatment.

In my mother’s case, his clinical assessment was particularly impressive. Before the MRI was even performed, he suspected optic neuritis based on her symptoms and examination. My mother had already consulted other specialists, including an ophthalmologist and a neurologist, but the underlying problem had not been identified. Dr. Nadkarni recognized the possibility at the very first consultation and recommended the appropriate investigations to confirm the diagnosis and rule out other possible causes.

The subsequent MRI, VEP, CSF analysis and antibody testing supported the diagnosis of optic neuritis, with the Anti-MOG antibody subsequently coming back positive. The treatment plan recommended by Dr. Nadkarni was systematic and appropriate, including the required investigations and high-dose steroid treatment.

My mother was then admitted to the hospital under his care. Throughout her admission, Dr. Nadkarni followed her progress, monitored her response to treatment, and ensured that the treatment and dosage were appropriate. Most importantly, we could see that the focus was on her recovery and not simply on completing a treatment protocol.

Her vision has improved significantly following the treatment, which has been a huge relief for our entire family.

What I particularly appreciate about Dr. Nadkarni is his patience, clinical understanding, attention to detail, and willingness to investigate the problem thoroughly before deciding on treatment. He gave us confidence during a very stressful period when we were extremely worried about my mother’s vision.

Visited Dr Oak for my mother vascular treatment. First he recommended blood test and dopular test his behaviour was very rude. When we visited again to him with reports he dint even saw that properly and asked for visiting again next month. My mother don't stay in Pune we told him. My mother recently underwent gallstone surgery with Dr. Ujwal Zambare at Aditya Birla Hospital, Pune, and the experience was truly excellent.

My mother is a very active and strong-willed person who usually doesn’t trust anyone easily, even we, as family, cannot convince her most of the time. But Dr. Zambare explained everything so clearly and confidently that she trusted only his words.

For even small concerns, she would insist on hearing directly from him, and once he spoke with her, even briefly, despite his busy schedule, she felt reassured and convinced. Most importantly, after the robotic laparoscopic procedure, her long-standing pain went away and she recovered much faster than expected.
