I went to this doctor for left ear blockage treatment since a week prior the visit, water got stuck into my left ear.

during the treatment he asked me at least thrice what the issue was.

instead of treatment he took the matter to somewhere else and insisted to do the audio hearing test, for which he did not inform me that was chargeable by Rs.800 which we got to know at the time of payment at the reception at the end.

Not only that: i went there for just one problem (that was left ear blockage) but the doctor insisted on checking my nose which wasn't even my main issue. And again I was asked to pay for Rs.1000 for for a 5 second nose test which again we got to know at the end.

so the total amount which they made was

1000(for consultation)+1000(for nose test)+800(audio hearing test)= Rs.2800/-

I asked them why didn't they tell me that I have to pay 1000rs for the nose test otherwise I wouldn't go for it. they immediately deducted 1000/- so and said "ok then pay Rs.1800/-".** ** **** **** **** *** *** ** *** ******* ***** *** ******** ***** ***** **** ***** ** ****** ****** ** *********** ***** ** **** **** ************* *** *********** ***** *** ********

my blockage is still there ** ** ********* **** *** ** **** **********

never ever going to visit that doctor again - won't recommend this doctor to anybody!!

I have been a patient of Dr Kushwaha for almost 10 years now. Everytime I have any ENT related issue, the one name that pops up in my mind Dr Dhirendra Kushwaha.

He treats you with full personal attention, will never make you feel as if there is some serious issue with you.

The treatment he gives for any ENT related issue is always so perfect that you will never have a second visit to anywhere else.

He makes sure to listen to the patient very calmly and then prescribes the least amount of medicines.

I would never like to change my ENT specialist as I already have one of the best amongst all.

Dr. Dhirendra was terrific. ************** sensitive, informative…I was suffering from extreme case of tonsillitis where eating, drinking water, swallowing and even speaking was a everyday struggle for me. From my first visit I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Both me and my husband were panicking initially and pestered Dr Dhirendra with all our silly questions and assumptions but he was very patient throughout. I Have got Operated my ear from Dr. Dhirendra Singh kushwah on 10 Jan 2024. The very first thing we want to see that our doctor should be friendly, soft spoken and patience. The way Dr. Treated me was really appreciating. I had contacted many doctors before coming here and really such a bad experience especially with Fortis doctor. I don't want to mention doctor's name here. Dr. Dhimendra Explained me everything before and after my surgery to be done.
