The doctor is not friendly and believes only the stories of his staff without corroborating the facts. A doctor is required to be friendly and understand the situation before jumping to conclusions. We were accused of not paying consultation charges of previous visits. The truth is that all the charges that were asked for were paid at times. If his staff missed on including these charges, then it is not our fault. However, when reminded, we cleared the charges and the doctor's attitude was not professional at all. BAD EXPERIENCE!

I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of follow-up communication as initially promised. I was informed that there would be follow-ups after 3 days and then weekly, but unfortunately, none of that has taken place.
There have been two occasions when I faced issues:
1. First instance: I reached out multiple times over two days without a response. It was only on the third day that a doctor finally contacted me.
2. Second instance: I called again with another issue and was told someone would get back to me, but no one has followed up to date.
