Her diet chart is very flexible where I was able to reduce almost 1kg of fat count in just 10 days and almost 1-2 inches of my waist reduction.
She first understands your normal routine diet and on that she prepares for you a diet chart which becomes very easy for anyone to follow in their routine.
Ms. Sakina also discusses with my wife and explains her how to prepare meals for me in proper manner utilizing basic ingredients and vegetables available in the market to make my diet nutritious and to best suit my weight loss program.
